Górna czesc opakowania posiada przetloczenie w postaci pierscienia okalajacego górna srednice i zakryta jest okragla pokrywka z ornamentem oraz ciemnozielonym pasem na którym w kolorze bialym znajduje sie napis „ZSIADLE MLEKO najlepsze z ziemniakami", zas w górnej czesci pokrywki znajduje sie znak firmowy zglaszajacego (logo) „KRASNYSTAW" umieszczona na granatowo-niebieskim o fantazyjnym ksztalcie tle. Boczna powierzchnia opakowania równiez posiada napis „ZSIADLE MLEKO" umieszczony na ciemno-zielonym poziomym pasie. Ornamenty okrywki i bocznej sciany opakowania sa podobne do siebie i przedstawiaja kolorowe pionowe paski - zielone, niebieskie, zólto-bezowe i czerwone, na których rozmieszczone sa niesymetrycznie tzw. „wycinanki" z ludowymi motywami pochodzacymi z regionu lubelszczyzny o ksztalcie zaokraglonych kwadratów, usytuowanych narozami w kierunkach pionowych i poziomych, przy czym wycinanki maja elementy róznokolorowe: czerwono-zólto-niebiesko-zielone. W odmianie wykonania opakowania, pokazanej na fig. 2 stosunek wielkosci górnej srednicy do wysokosci opakowania wynosi 2,65. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging in the form of an ornamented cup, manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the packaging, as well as its dimensional proportions, which give it a unique character. The design is presented in the attached illustration, showing the packaging in a perspective view. According to the industrial design, the packaging in the form of an ornamented cup has the shape of a truncated cone, in which the base diameter is smaller than the top diameter, and the ratio of the size to the height of the packaging is at least 1.8. The upper part of the packaging has an embossment in the form of a ring surrounding the upper diameter and is covered with a round lid with an ornament and a dark green stripe on which there is a white inscription "ZSIADLE MLEKO nasze z ziemniakami", while in the upper part of the lid there is the applicant's trademark (logo) "KRASNYSTAW" placed on a navy blue background with a fanciful shape. The side surface of the packaging also has the inscription "ZSIADLE MLEKO" placed on a dark green horizontal stripe. The ornaments of the lid and the side wall of the packaging are similar to each other and represent colorful vertical stripes - green, blue, yellow-beige and red, on which the so-called "ZSIADLE MLEKO" are placed asymmetrically. "cutouts" with folk motifs from the Lublin region in the shape of rounded squares, with corners placed vertically and horizontally, where the cutouts have multi-colored elements: red, yellow, blue, and green. In the packaging variant shown in Fig. 2, the ratio of the upper diameter to the height of the packaging is 2.65. An important feature of the design is the shape and appearance of the packaging, which is reflected in the ratio of the height of the packaging to its upper diameter, which is at least 1.8, as well as the packaging ornamentation and inscriptions as shown in the attached illustration.
