Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko znajdujace zastosowanie glównie jako opakowanie do róznorodnych perfum,wód kolonskich oraz wód toaletowych. Dotychczas znane z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 1150 opakowanie wykonane jest z jednego arkusza usztywnionego materialu, które po zlozeniu wzdluz linii zagiecia przyjmuje postac prostokata w widoku z przodu. W sciance frontowej opakowania jest umieszczone okienko, które ma zarys owalu i jest wysuniete lekko do przodu w stosunku do pozostalych powierzchni. Powyzej i ponizej okienka sa rozmieszczone motywy slowno-graficzne. Znane jest równiez z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 7381 pudelko plaskie, prostokatne, kartonowe w trzech odmianach wzoru, na których pokazane sa sciana przednia, sciana górna oraz dwie sciany boczne kazdego pudelka. Na scianach pudelka umieszczone sa stylizowane, kolorowe rysunki postaci zwierzat i roslin.Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca pudelku nowy oryginalny wyglad,zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. - Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l obrazuje pudelko w rzucie aksonometrycznym a fig.2 przedstawia rozwiniete pudelko i pokazane sa sciana przednia, sciana górna oraz dwie sciany boczne. Jak pokazano na ilustracji pudelko ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu. Pudelko ma kolor zielony-morski a w dolnej i górnej czesci umieszczony jest poziomy srebrny pasek obejmujacy wszystkie sciany,, natomiast w srodkowej czesci pudelka umieszczonych jest dziewiec poziomych paseczków obejmujacych wszystkie sciany. Na przedniej scianie u góry umieszczony jest napis w kolorze srebrnym Jean & Paula a pod nim ukosnie CHATIER natomiast w dolnej czesci umieszczony jest znak firmowy Chatier w kolorze srebrnym. Na sciance górnej umieszczony jest napis w kolorze bialym Jean & Paula a pod nim ukosne Chatier. Na sciankach bocznych pomiedzy srodkowymi paseczkami a górnym paskiem umieszczone sa napisy Jean & Paula a pod nim ukosne CHATIER w kolorze srebrnym.. Previously known from industrial design description RP No. 1150, the packaging is made of a single sheet of stiffened material, which, when folded along the fold line, forms a rectangle when viewed from the front. The front wall of the packaging features an oval-shaped window protruding slightly forward relative to the other surfaces. Word and graphic motifs are placed above and below the window. Also known from industrial design description RP No. 7381 is a flat, rectangular cardboard box in three design variations, showing the front wall, top wall, and two side walls of each box. The box's walls feature stylized, colorful drawings of animals and plants. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the box a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the box in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 2 shows the unfolded box, showing the front wall, top wall, and two side walls. As shown in the illustration, the box has the shape of a cuboid with a square base. The box is teal green, and a horizontal silver stripe is placed at the bottom and top, spanning all the walls, while the center of the box features nine horizontal stripes spanning all the walls. The front panel features the inscription "Jean & Paula" in silver at the top, with "CHATIER" embossed diagonally below it. The Chatier logo is embossed in silver at the bottom. The upper panel features the inscription "Jean & Paula" in white, with "Chatier" embossed diagonally below it. On the side walls, between the central stripes and the top stripe, there are the inscriptions Jean & Paula and below it, diagonally, CHATIER in silver. The essential features of the industrial design are a green-marine box in the shape of a cuboid with a square base, on the top and bottom walls of which there is a silver stripe, while in the middle part there are nine silver stripes, above which there is the inscription Jean & Paula and below it, diagonally, CHATIER in silver. Additionally, on the front wall in the lower part, there is the Chatier trademark in silver, while on the top wall there is the inscription Jean & Paula and below it, diagonally, CHATIER in white.
