Karnet wigilijny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet wigilijny, przeznaczony do przeslania zyczen z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet wigilijny moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z folii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- ilustruje karnet w widoku od frontu w stanie zlozonym, fig.2- karnet w stanie rozlozonym. Zalaczone fotografie, fig.3-6 ilustruja poszczególne odmiany karnetu w stanie zlozonym, w widoku od frontu, zas fig.7-fig.10 prezentuja karnet stanie rozlozonym. Karnet wigilijny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The Christmas Eve card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or foil. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the card from the front in a folded state, Fig. 2 shows the card unfolded. The attached photographs, Fig. 3-6, illustrate individual variations of the card in a folded state and from the front, while Fig. 7-Fig. 10 show the card unfolded. The Christmas Eve card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the center. It has the form of a cover, the outer surface of which is decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to Christmas. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: Significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in photographs 3 and 7, include that the card is shaped as a cover 1 folded in half, with an opening 2 made in front wall 3, on the side of the fold line. Through the opening 2 in front wall 3, a wafer 4 is visible, placed in a transparent bag and attached to the back wall 5 of the card. The rear wall 5, as an extension of the upper edge 6 of opening 2 and the lower edge 7 of opening 2, extends beyond the fold line 8 of the booklet. The edge 9 limiting opening 2 on the right side is cut diagonally.
