Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta okolicznosciowa, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania z róznych okazji, miedzy innymi takich jak: Walentynki, Mikolajki ale równiez z wielu innych okazji. Karta umozliwia przekazanie oprócz okolicznosciowych zyczen takze niewielkiego ale bardzo milego sercu upominku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Kaiia okolicznosciowa moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z materialów tekstylnych oraz z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l- ilustrujacej karte okolicznosciowa w widoku ogólnym od frontu oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2. Karta okolicznosciowa, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku tworzac forme okladki. The card allows you to convey not only special wishes but also a small but heartwarming gift. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The greeting card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, textiles, and plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph (Fig. 1), which illustrates the greeting card from a general front view, and in the attached drawing (Fig. 2). The greeting card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the middle to form the cover. The front surface of the card is decorated with drawings and fanciful inscriptions, referring in their content to the occasion for which it is to be given. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the photograph, fig. 1 and in the drawing, fig. 2 - include that on the front wall 1 of the greeting card there is a bag 2 attached, inside which there is a mascot 3 placed.
