Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta okolicznosciowa, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z róznych okazji. Moga to byc swieta religijne, urodziny, imieniny, rocznice slubu, zyczenia z okazji narodzin dziecka i wiele innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta okolicznosciowa moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z kartonu, z kalki lub z tworzyw sztucznych Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-przedstawiajacym karte w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig. 2 - uwidaczniajacej karte w widoku ogólnym. Karta okolicznosciowa, zgodnie ze wzorem jest wykonana z usztywnionego papieru i zgieta posrodku. Ma ona forme okladki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia karty jest zdobiona rysunkiem i napisami lub rysunkiem. Wewnatrz karty znajduja sie napisy o charakterze okolicznosciowym.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 i na fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze frontowa powierzchnia 1 karty okolicznosciowej jest zdobiona rysunkami 2 nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do okaai, z której karta ma byc ofiarowywana. They can be religious holidays, birthdays, name days, wedding anniversaries, birth wishes and many more. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and material. The greeting card can be produced in an industrial or handcrafted manner from stiffened paper, cardboard, carbon paper or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - showing the card in general view and in a photo, Fig. 2 - showing tab in overview. The greeting card, according to the pattern, is made of stiffened paper and folded in the center. It has the form of a cover. The outside of the card is decorated with drawings and inscriptions or a drawing. There are occasional inscriptions on the inside of the card. The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig.1 and in the photo, fig.2 - it should be noted that the front surface 1 of the greeting card is decorated with drawings 2 referring in their content to the eye and from which the card is to be donated. The card is placed in a cover made of carbon paper, overlapping its front surface.
