Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet okolicznosciowy, przeznaczony do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania z róznych okazji. Moga to byc Swieta Wielkanocne. Moze to byc takze slub, imieniny, urodziny, wazne rocznice, swieta okolicznosciowe, Walentynki, Mikolajki i wiele innych. Karnet moze byc przesylany lub bezposrednio ofiarowywany czlonkom rodziny, znajomym, przyjaciolom, dalszym krewnym, nowozencom i innym osobom. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet okolicznosciowy moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z metalu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l - obrazuje karnet w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - pokazuje karnet w widoku z boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig.3 - prezentuje karnet okolicznosciowy w widoku od frontu, natomiast fig.4 - uwidacznia karnet w stanierozlozonym. Karnet okolicznosciowy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku. Jest on uksztaltowany w forme okladki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia karnetu oraz karnet od wewnatrz jest ozdobiony rysunkami, napisami i motywami graficznymi, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do okazji z jakiej ma byc ofiarowywany. These include Easter, weddings, name days, birthdays, important anniversaries, special occasions, Valentine's Day, St. Nicholas Day, and many others. The card can be sent or given directly to family members, acquaintances, friends, distant relatives, newlyweds, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The special occasion card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or metal. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the card from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the card from the side. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the special occasion card from the front, while Fig. 4 shows the card unfolded. The special occasion card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the middle. It is shaped into a cover. The outer surface of the card and the inside of the card are decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to the occasion for which it is intended. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the photograph, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawing, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, include that the front wall 1 of the voucher is decorated with a graphic motif 2, a component of which is element 3 attached to the front wall X by means of a spring 4. Element 3 complements graphic motif 2. Element | attached by means of a spring 4 is an integral part of graphic motif 2 in terms of the theme as well as in terms of color and graphic layout.
