Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet urodzinowy, przeznaczony do przesylania z okazji urodzin. Karnet moze byc równiez wreczany bezposrednio jubilatowi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet okolicznosciowy moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z parafiny lub z wosku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zobrazowany na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 - prezentuje karnet odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia karnet odmiana 2. Karnet okolicznosciowy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu. The card can also be given directly to the birthday person. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The special occasion card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastics, paraffin, or wax. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the card in version 1, while Fig. 2 shows the card in version 2. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, which shows the card from the front, version a 2. The special occasion card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard. The outer surface of the card and the underside of the card are decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to the birthday anniversary. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in drawing (fig. 1), include a candle (2) attached to the front wall (1) of the card. The candle (2) is suitable for use on a birthday cake.
