Karnet witrazowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet witrazowy, przeznaczony do stosowania z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia lub z okazji innych swiat religijnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet witrazowy moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z folii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej karnet w widoku ogólnym od frontu, w stanie zlozonym. Fotografia, fig.2 - uwidacznia karnet w stanie rozlozonym w widoku od srodka. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig.3 - pokazuje karnet w widoku od frontu w stanie zlozonym natomiast fig .4 - uwidacznia karnet od wewnatrz w stanie rozlozonym. Karnet witrazowy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku. Ma on postac okladki, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest ozdobionarysunkami, napisami i motywami graficznymi, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia lub do innych swiat religijnych. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given its unique character by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The stained glass card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or foil. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, which illustrates the card in a general frontal view, folded. Fig. 2 shows the card unfolded and viewed from the inside. The design is also presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the card in a frontal view, folded, and Fig. 4 shows the card unfolded from the inside. The stained glass card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the center. It has the form of a cover, the outer surface of which is decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to Christmas or other religious holidays. Significant features of the industrial design include an opening 2 in the front wall of the card, part of whose surface is obscured by drawing 3, which refers to the birth of Christ. The contours of drawing 3 are cut out on the edges, creating a free space between edge 4 of opening 2 in the front wall of the card 1 and edge 5 of drawing 3. In these gaps, on both sides of drawing 3, a wafer 6 is visible, attached to the back wall of the card 1. The shape of the card gives the impression of a stained glass window or a niche inside which there is a sacred sculpture, referring in its content to the birth of Christ.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fi2.4 PL PL
