Karta swiateczna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 12 lipca 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta swiateczna, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego wreczania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta swiateczna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z kartonu oraz z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l- pokazujacym karte w widoku ogólnym odwewnatrz odmiana 1, fig. 2 - karte w widoku od wewnatrz, odmiana 2. Karta swiateczna, zgodnie ze wzorem zostala zaprezentowana równiez na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 3 - pokazuje karte w widoku od frontu, fig.4 - karte od wewnatrz odmiana 1, natomiast fig.5 - uwidacznia naroznik w zblizeniu odmiana 1. Karta swiateczna, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z usztywnionego papieru i zgieta posrodku. Ma ona forme okladki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia karty jest zdobiona rysunkiem i napisami nawigujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Wewnatrz karty znajduja sie napisy zwiazane tematycznie ze Swietami Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, zaprezentowanego na rysunku, fig. 1 i na fotografiach, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.5 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze pomiedzy sciankami 1 i 2 karty, od znajduje sie naroznik & skladajacy sie do srodka. Do naroznika 3 jest < przymocowana wycieta z usztywnionego materialu gwiazda betlejemska 4, która po otwarciu karty unosi sie ku górze i tworzy forme przestrzenna. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, zaprezentowanego na rysunku fig.2 oraz na fotografii, fig.3 - nalezy zaliczyc, zc pomiedzy sciankami 1 i 2 karty, od znajduje sie naroznik 3, skladajacy sie do srodka. Do naroznika 3 jest przymocowana wycieta z usztywnionego materialu gwiazda betlejemska 4, która po otwarciu karty unosi sie ku górze i tworzy forme przestrzenna.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 1Fig. 4 PLChristmas card The right to register an industrial design has been in force since July 12, 2005. The object of the industrial design is a Christmas card, intended for sending or for direct distribution to friends, friends, relatives and other people on the occasion of Christmas and New Year. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and material. The Christmas card can be made industrially or handcrafted from stiffened paper, cardboard and plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1 - showing the card in a general view from the outside, version 1, fig. 2 - card in the view from the inside, type 2. The Christmas card, in accordance with the pattern, was also presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 3 shows the card in a front view, fig. 4 shows the inside of the card variant 1, and fig. 5 shows the corner in close proximity to the variant 1. A Christmas card, in accordance with an industrial design, is made of stiffened paper and folded in the center. It has the form of a cover. The outer surface of the card is decorated with drawings and inscriptions navigating in their content to Christmas and New Years. Inside the card there are inscriptions thematically related to Christmas and New Year. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the drawing, fig. 1 and in the photos, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 - should be noted that between the sides 1 and 2 of the card, there is a corner & consisting of inside. To the corner 3 there is attached a Christmas star 4 cut out of a stiffened material, which, after opening the card, rises upwards and forms a spatial form. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in Fig. 2 and in the photo, Fig. 3 - include the fact that between the sides 1 and 2 of the card, there is a corner 3, folding to the center.
