Opakowanie artykulów dla dzieci Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 20 stycznia 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie artykulów dla dzieci, znajdujace zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu wyposazenia dla dzieci, w konfekcjonowaniu zabawek, przyborów higienicznych jak równiez upominków, slodyczy, odziezy, kosmetyków i wielu innych przedmiotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Opakowanie moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z folii oraz z usztywnionego papieru, badz kartonu.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 - przedstawiajacym opakowanie w widoku ogólnym z przodu. Opakowanie artykulów dla dzieci zostalo uwidocznione takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej przedmiot wzoru w widoku ogólnym od strony czolowej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie, artykulów dla dzieci stanowi prostokatna torebka X wykonana z przezroczystej folii. Krawedzie torebki 1 sa obszyte tasma 2. U góry torebka 1 jest wyposazona w pas 3, posrodku którego znajduje sie stylizowany motyw slowno-graficzny 4 o charakterze informacyjnym. W lewym, górnym narozu jest rozmieszczony stylizowany napis U dolu pasa 3 rozciaga sie pomaranczowy szlaczek 6, na którym sa rozmieszczone napisy jeden obok drogiego, takie jak stylizowany napis 5 w lewym, górnym narozu. U góry torebka ma lukowo wyprofilowany uchwyt 2- Wewnatrz torebki 1 znajduje sie prostokatna etykieta 8, posrodku jest zdjecie przedstawiajace artykul umieszczony wewnatrz. W lewym, górnym narozu jest stylizowany napis 5 a ponizej motyw slowno-graficzny 4 o charakterze informacyjnym. U dolu etykiety 8 jest rozmieszczone zdjecie 9. Zdjecie 9 przedstawia dzieci w wieku niemowlecym. Dzieci sa przedstawione w róznych pozach w pozycji siedzacej, jedne obok drugiego. The subject of the industrial design is the packaging of children's products, used in the packaging of children's equipment, toys, hygiene products, gifts, sweets, clothing, cosmetics, and many other items. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The packaging can be manufactured industrially or handcrafted from foil, stiffened paper, or cardboard. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows a general front view of the packaging. The children's product packaging is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which illustrates the subject of the design from a general front view. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, include that the packaging for children's products is a rectangular bag X made of transparent foil. The edges of bag 1 are hemmed with ribbon 2. At the top, bag 1 is equipped with a strip 3, in the center of which is a stylized informative word-and-graphic motif 4. In the upper left corner, a stylized inscription is placed. At the bottom of strip 3, an orange band 6 extends, along which are arranged inscriptions one next to the other, such as a stylized inscription 5 in the upper left corner. At the top, the bag has an arc-shaped handle 2. Inside bag 1 is a rectangular label 8, in the center of which is a photo of the article placed inside. In the upper left corner, a stylized inscription 5, and below it, an informative word-and-graphic motif 4. At the bottom of label 8 is photo 9. Photo 9 shows infants. The children are shown in various sitting poses, one next to the other.
