Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tacka do zywnosci, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu róznorodnych produktów zywnosciowych. Tacka moze byc wykorzystywana do sprzedazy i prezentacji dan gotowych do spozycia po podgrzaniu, pólproduktów, wyrobów garmazeryjnych, dan miesnych, dan rybnych, dan jarskich, ciast, slodyczy, owoców, bakalii i wielu innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Tacka do zywnosci, wedlug wzoru moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, z usztywnionego papieru lub z kartonu.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l- przedstawia tacke w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig.2 - uwidacznia tacke w widoku z góry z przymocowana do niej z wierzchu przezroczysta folia, Tacka do zywnosci, zgodnie ze wzorem ma forme wglebionej miseczki o wygietych na zewnatrz górnych obrzezach, do których jest mocowana trwale przezroczysta folia, oslaniajaca umieszczony na tacce produkt zywnosciowy. Tacka w widoku z góry moze miec zarys dowolnej figury geometrycznej, korzystnie prostokata. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze tacka do zywnosci jest w kolorze czarnym.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLFood Tray The industrial design registration right has been in effect since July 5, 2005. The industrial design is a food tray used in the packaging of various food products. The tray can be used to sell and present ready-to-eat meals after heating, semi-finished products, delicatessen products, meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, cakes, sweets, fruit, dried fruit, and many others. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique appearance, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The food tray, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastic, stiffened paper, or cardboard. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the tray in a general view, while Fig. 2 shows the tray from above with a transparent foil attached to the top. The food tray, according to the design, has the form of a recessed bowl with outwardly curved upper edges, to which a transparent foil is permanently attached, protecting the food product placed on the tray. The tray, viewed from above, can have the outline of any geometric figure, preferably a rectangle.
