Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem oraz charakterystycznymi elementami na bocznych powierzchniach, a takze przezroczystoscia powierzchni. The subject of the industrial design is a box with a triangular outline, intended for food products, particularly confectionery products such as tarts, cheesecakes, pastries, and cookies. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested by its shape and characteristic elements on the side surfaces, as well as the transparency of the surface. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - a frontal oblique view of the folded, closed box, showing the upper surface and the side surfaces of the lower and upper parts, having vertical convex stripes on the side peripheral surfaces, placed one above the other and supported by a peripheral flange; Fig. 2 - shows an oblique view of the side surfaces of the upper and lower parts, having parallel protrusions in the form of vertical stripes; Fig. 3 - shows an oblique view of an open box, showing the higher lower part having a protruding circumferential flat collar with a rolled-up rim in the shape of a vertically arranged strip, and the lower upper part having an protruding circumferential flat collar with a rolled-up rim in the shape of a vertically arranged strip; Fig. 4 - shows an oblique view of the upper part of the box showing a collar with a rolled-up rim in the shape of a narrow vertically arranged strip, with an inclined longitudinal edge converging towards the edge connecting the upper and lower parts; Fig. 5 - shows a side view of the upper part of the box showing the sloping longitudinal edge of the rolled-up collar rim, having the outline of a narrow strip converging to the edge connecting the upper and lower parts. A box with a triangular outline, according to an industrial design, comprising a lower and an upper part connected by a common edge, has significant features manifested in that it contains parallel and vertical convex strips on the side surfaces of the upper and lower parts, wherein the convex strips are situated so that they constitute their mutual extension on the lower and upper parts, and the lower part has a higher lateral surface than the lateral surface of the upper part, and the upper part has a circumferential collar with a rolled-up rim in the shape of a narrow vertically placed strip, the height of which converges towards the edge connecting with the lower part, wherein the rolled-up rim of the upper part completely covers the rolled-up rim of the lower part in the folded box, and the surfaces of the lower and upper parts are transparent.
