Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudeleczko, szczególnie na drobne cukierki, znajdujace zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu drobnych cukierków, drazetek, pastylek odswiezajacych oddech lub slodzacych. Pudeleczko moze równiez byc przydatne jako opakowanie jednostkowe tabletek leczniczych lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Pudeleczko, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje pudeleczko w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie zamknietym, fig.2 - przedstawia pudeleczko w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie otwartym, fig. 3 - uwidacznia pudeleczko w widoku z boku, zas fig.4 - w widoku z góry. Pudeleczko, szczególnie na drobne cukierki, uksztaltowane w formie splaszczonej bryly, jest wyposazone przezroczysta czesc pojemnikowa, na której od góry jest osadzona pokrywka zaopatrzona w uchylna klapke, zakrywajaca otwór.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku, fig.l, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze pudeleczko ma postac splaszczonej bryly 1, której podstawa jest zblizona w zarysie do elipsy. Scianki 2 czesci pojemnikowej i pokrywki w srodkowym odcinku sa równolegle wzgledem siebie. Spód 3 przezroczystej czesci pojemnikowej 4 jest obustronnie, w poblizu zewnetrznych krawedzi uniesiony ku górze. W pokrywce 5 jest wykonane wglebienie 6 dla umieszczenia uchylnej klapki 7. We wglebieniu 6 znajduje sie otwór 8 przypominajacy w swym ksztalcie zarys stylizowanej kropli. Wypust 9 znajdujacy sie od spodu uchylnej klapki 7 przypomina w swej formie stylizowana krople. The box may also be useful as individual packaging for medicinal tablets or other medications. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the box is suitable for repeated industrial or craft reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the box in a perspective view when closed, Fig. 2 shows the box in a perspective view when open, Fig. 3 shows the box from a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the box from a top view. A box, especially for small candies, shaped like a flattened block, is equipped with a transparent container part, on top of which is mounted a lid with a hinged flap covering the opening. Significant features of the industrial design: The significant features of the industrial design presented in Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4 include that the box has the form of a flattened block 1, the base of which is similar in outline to an ellipse. The walls 2 of the container part and the lid in the middle section are parallel to each other. The bottom 3 of the transparent container part 4 is raised on both sides, near the outer edges. A recess 6 is made in the lid 5 to accommodate a hinged flap 7. In the recess 6, there is an opening 8 resembling the outline of a stylized drop.
