Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudeleczko, szczególnie na drobne cukierki, znajdujace zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu drobnych cukierków, drazetek, pastylek odswiezajacych oddech lub slodzacych. Pudeleczko moze równiez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe tabletek leczniczych lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Pudeleczko, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. The essence of the design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the box is suitable for repeated industrial or craft reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the box in a perspective view, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the box in a perspective view, variant 2. The box, particularly for small candies, is shaped like a flattened cuboid and is equipped with a transparent container part, in which a lid with an opening is mounted at the top. Significant Features of the Industrial Design Significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in Fig. 1, include that the width of the container part 1 of the box is greater than its height. The corners 2 of the container part 1 are cut diagonally at the bottom, giving the base 3 of the box an octagonal shape. The lid 4 embedded in the container part 1 has a hinged flap covering the opening 5 through which the contents contained in the container part 1 of the box are poured out. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the drawing, Fig. 2, include that the width of the container part 1 of the box is greater than its height. The lower corners 2 of the container part 1 are cut diagonally, giving the base 3 of the box an octagonal shape.
