Opakowanie krawatu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 8 pazdziernika 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie krawatu, znajdujace zastosowanie jako elegancka i estetyczna forma pakowania krawatów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac opakowania krawatu przejawia sie w jego uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii, konturach i elementach zdobienia. Opakowanie, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - ilustrujacym opakowanie w widokuperspektywicznym oraz na fotografiach, gdzie fig. 2 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku ogólnym otwarte, zas fig.3 - w stanie zamknietym. Opakowanie krawatu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z kartonu, z drewna, z tworzyw sztucznych, z metalu oraz z tkaniny. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie krawatu jest uksztaltowane w formie prostopadlosciennego pudelka, wyposazonego w uchylna pokrywe 1. Uchylna pokrywa! jest polaczona z pojemnikowa czescia 2 za pomoca nitów 3. Wewnatrz pojemnikowej czesci 2 jest umieszczony zrolowany krawat 4. Uchylna pokrywa 1 jest pokryta taka sama tkanina z jakiej jest wykonany krawat 4. Kolorystyka i wzór uchylnej pokrywy 1 jest zgodny ze wzorem i kolorystka krawatu 4.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PL PLTie Packaging The industrial design registration right has been in effect since October 8, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a tie packaging, used as an elegant and aesthetic form of packaging for ties. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the tie packaging is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and decorative elements. The packaging, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the packaging in a perspective view, and in photographs, where Fig. 2 shows the packaging in a general open view, and Fig. 3, in its closed state. The tie packaging, according to the industrial design, is made of cardboard, wood, plastic, metal, and fabric. The essential features of the industrial design include that the tie packaging is shaped like a cuboidal box, equipped with a hinged lid 1. The hinged lid is connected to the container part 2 by means of rivets 3. Inside the container part 2, a rolled tie 4 is placed. The hinged lid 1 is covered with the same fabric as the tie 4.
