Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac jednorazowego skladanego pojemnika koper- towego, zmierzajaca do celów uzytkowych i estetycznych przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i formie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów i scian pojemnika. Pomocniczym elementem jednorazowego skladanego pojemnika jest umieszczony na górnej kla- pie pokrywy jednorazowego pojemnika kopertowego haczyk wykonany lacznie ze scianka klapy, która wraz z haczykiem jest wpuszczona w wierzchnia warstwe pokrywy górnej jednorazowego skladanego pojemnika kopertowego. Przemieszczanie sie elementów trójkatnych i elementów bocznych prostokat- nych wzdluz linii „bigów" pozwala na skladanie pojemnika i splaszczenie go do malych rozmiarów, który nadaje sie do dalszego transportu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a disposable foldable envelope container, aimed at utility and aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and form, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements and walls of the container. The subject of the industrial design for the disposable foldable container has been presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 – shows a perspective view of the disposable container unfolded in a front view, Fig. 2 – shows a perspective view of the disposable container in a partially bent position, Fig. 3 – shows a perspective view of the disposable container in a flattened position. As shown in the drawings, the disposable foldable envelope container has a three-dimensional body in the shape of a cube with a square base, including two opposite side walls divided into foldable triangular elements and the remaining two opposite side walls divided only into two horizontal rectangular parts, which enable the container to be folded. An auxiliary element of the disposable foldable container is a hook placed on the upper flap of the cover of the disposable envelope container, made jointly with the flap wall, which together with the hook is recessed into the upper layer of the upper cover of the disposable foldable envelope container. The movement of the triangular elements and rectangular side elements along the "crease" line allows the container to be folded and flattened to a small size, which is suitable for further transport. The upper part of the lid of each disposable foldable envelope container is characterized by a rectangular opening with a flap cut along the "crease" line, through which "waste" is thrown. The opening in the lid is made along the "crease" line by a cut starting from the middle of the upper part of the lid to the end of the edge, depending on the square base. The element securing the hinged part of the lid flap against its unauthorised opening is a small "tongue" or so-called "Velcro" attached to the opening of one of the edges of the lid, which allows the container to be closed and/or opened. An essential feature of the industrial design presented in drawings fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 3 – a disposable foldable envelope container – is that: – it is a spatial arrangement manifested in its shape, which has a body in the shape of a cube with a square base and two opposite side walls, which are divided into foldable triangular elements, while the two remaining opposite side walls are divided only into two horizontal rectangular parts, and an element of the foldable envelope container is a hook placed on the upper cover of the container, made together with the cover flap, wherein the hook has a shape in the form of ¾ of the radius of the hook circle with feet and connected together with the flat wall of the flap and attached to the upper part of the cover, wherein the hook is placed in the middle on the upper layer of the upper cover, and on the upper edge of one of the side walls of the container a small "tongue" or so-called "velcro" attached at the opening of one of the edges of the cover, securing the closure of the disposable foldable envelope container as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.
