Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba choinkowa przed- stawiajaca dwoje dzieci z sankami i choinka, wykonane z cienko- sciennego szkla dmuchanego, przeznaczona do ozdabiania drzewek w okresie swiat Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunku, barwie, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni, oraz wzajemnym ukladzie poszczególnych elementów skladowych stanowiacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawia zalaczona ilustracja, na której pokazano ozdobe w bocznym widoku perspektywicznym. PLCHRISTMAS TREE ORNAMENT The industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a Christmas tree ornament depicting two children with a sled and a Christmas tree, made of thin-walled blown glass, intended for decorating trees during the Christmas and New Year period. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawing, color, properties and surface decoration, as well as the mutual arrangement of the individual components constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustration, which shows the ornament from a side perspective view. The Christmas tree ornament shown in the illustration depicts a sled, distinguished by the runners at the bottom, which curve outward to form a cylinder, the supports, and the longitudinal step on which the sled basket sits, which is a four-sided, obtuse box open at the top. The outlines of the runners, supports, and the longitudinal step are marked symmetrically with embossing on both sides of the sled. The four-sided, open-topped sled box has side embossings decorating the longitudinal walls in the form of four-sided figures, while the edge around the box is polished and additionally decorated with glitter. The interior of the single-layer sled box is filled with the figure of a girl in winter attire, holding a lengthwise Christmas tree, while the exterior of the sled with the girl and Christmas tree features the figure of a dressed boy in a hat, holding a basket filled with Christmas presents and clinging to the rear wall of the sled box. The Christmas tree ornament, according to the pattern, consists of three components, blown separately and then permanently joined to create a complete, multi-form ornament. The sled and box constitute a single-layer blown element made of thin-walled glass. The girl and Christmas tree, filling the interior of the sled box, are blown as three-dimensional elements, as is the boy with the basket filled with presents, leaning on and clinging to the rear wall of the sled box. This multi-faceted ornament, made according to the pattern, can be hung on a Christmas tree branch using a hanger, or placed anywhere without a hanger. The Christmas tree ornament, made according to the pattern, features a colorful, painted design throughout its entire surface, dominated by shiny shades of silver, black, red, green, white, yellow, and blue, as well as colors obtained by mixing these colors. The Christmas tree ornament, made according to the pattern, gives the product a unique and original look, and its aesthetic qualities make it attractive as a decoration for special occasions and souvenirs.
