Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba choinkowa, przedstawiajaca postac Mikolaja siedzacego w saniach, wykonana z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego, przeznaczona w szczególnos- ci do przystrajania drzewek w okresie swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunku, barwie, zdobieniu oraz wzajem- nym ukladzie poszczególnych elementów skladowych stanowiacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig 1 do fig. 3, na których pokazano ozdobe i jej odmiany. Fig. 1 przedstawia postac Mikolaja siedzacego w saniach w widoku z góry, trzymajacego otwarty worek wyladowany prezen- tami, obok i z przodu wolna przestrzen san, przy czym saniewykonane sa jako jednowarstwowa ozdoba z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego, na fig.2 pokazano taka sama postac siedzacego w saniach Mikolaja w widoku bocznym, gdzie oprócz trzymanego ot- wartego worka zaladowanego prezentami znajduja sie dodatkowe miniaturowe ozdobne barwne prezenty jak mis, lalka, kolorowe paczki wykonane równiez z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego, osa- dzone luzno, lub trwale, wypelniajac wolna przestrzen san, zas na fig.3 przedstawiono w widoku z góry nieco pochylone sanie a w nich postac siedzacego Mikolaja z otwartym workiem z pre- zentami, gdzie wolna przystrzen sanek wypelniona jest cukier- kami, slodyczami i orzechami. Podstawowym elementem wzoru sa sanie wykonane jako jednowar- stwowa ozdoba powstala przez rozciecie szklanej bryly z cienko- sciennego szkla dmuchanego i osadzony w saniach Mikolaj siedza- cy w tylnej czesci otwartego pudla san. Pudlo san ma w przekroju poziomym lekko nachylonym do przodu w widoku z góry ksztalt podobny do prostokata ale z zaokraglonymi na zewnatrz krawedzia- mi. Sanie wykonane sa jako jednowarstwowa ozdoba z cienkoscien- nego szkla dmuchanego, w dolnej czesci maja plozy z przodu wy- giete w ksztalcie litery S, na plozach ulozone sa podpory w ksztalcie poziomo ulozonych liter S, na nich znajduje sie wz- dluzny stopien, a powyzej pionowe elementy wspierajace pudlo san. Wszystkie te elementy sa w postaci wytloczen w bryle prze- strzennej san i sa rozmieszczone symetrycznie po obydwu stro- nach san. Pudlo san jako element jednowarstwowy w przedniej czesci jest nieco nizsze niz w czesci tylnej, a krawedzie jed- nowarstwowej bryly san sa oszlifowane i pokryte brokatem. Wew- natrz pudla san umieszczono siedzaca postac Mikolaja w trady- cyjnym stroju, trzymajacym oburacz otwarty worek z prezentami. Odmiany wzoru charakteryzuja sie dodatkowymi elementami zdo- bniczymi wykonanymi z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego dodatko- wo ulozonymi w przedni ej wolne j czesci pudla san, przy czym te elementy moga byc luzno ulozone, lub trwale przymocowane do san. Dodatkowe elementy zdobnicze to oddzielnie wydmuchiwane miniaturowe ozdoby ze szkla dmuchanego przedstawiajace misia, lalke, paczki z prezentami i podobne.Kolejna odmiana ozdoby choinkowej jest umieszczenie w wol- nej przestrzeni pudla san slodyczy, cukierków, orzechów, szcze- gólnie w barwnym blyszczacym opakowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru na calej powierzchni zewnetrznej i wewnet- rznej pokryty jest wielobarwna dekoracja i oranamentyka w któ- rych dominuja blyszczace odcienie kolorów: bialy, srebrny , czer- wony, czarny, zólty, blekitny, zielony, zloty,oraz kolory uzys- kane z wymieszania tych barw. Ozdoba choinkowa moze byc ustawiana lub zawieszana za pomoca nitki lub sznureczka wiazanego do zawieszek umieszczonych w na- roznikach pudla san - na ilustracjach nie sa one widoczne. Ozdoba choinko w a wedlug wzoru nadaje wyrobowi niespotykany dotad wyglad, a cechy estetyczne wyrobu nadaja mu atrakcyjnosc jako ozdobie o charakterze okolicznosciowym lub pamiatkarskim.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 PLCHRISTMAS TREE ORNAMENT The industrial design registration is valid from 1 March 2002. Priority: 31 January 2002 - 53rd International Toy Fair - Nuremberg, Germany. The subject of the industrial design is a Christmas tree ornament depicting the figure of Santa Claus sitting in a sleigh, made of thin-walled blown glass, intended particularly for decorating trees during the Christmas season. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of lines, design, color, ornamentation, and the mutual arrangement of the individual components constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, which show the ornament and its variations. Fig. 1 shows the figure of Santa Claus sitting in a sleigh in a top view, holding an open bag loaded with gifts, next to and in front of the free space of the sleigh, where the sleigh is made as a single-layer decoration of thin-walled blown glass; fig. 2 shows the same figure of Santa Claus sitting in a sleigh in a side view, where, apart from the open bag loaded with gifts, there are additional miniature decorative colorful gifts such as a teddy bear, a doll, colorful packages also made of thin-walled blown glass, mounted loosely or permanently, filling the free space of the sleigh; and fig. 3 shows a top view of a slightly tilted sleigh and the figure of Santa Claus sitting in it with an open bag of gifts, where the free space of the sleigh is filled with candies, sweets and nuts. The basic element of the design is a sleigh, made as a single-layer ornament created by cutting a glass block of thin-walled, blown glass. Nicholas sits in the sleigh, seated in the rear of the open sleigh box. The sleigh box, in a horizontal cross-section slightly tilted forward and viewed from above, has a shape similar to a rectangle, but with rounded edges. The sleigh is made as a single-layer ornament of thin-walled, blown glass. The lower section has runners at the front bent in an S-shape. The runners are supported by horizontally arranged S-shaped supports, with a longitudinal step above them, and vertical elements supporting the sleigh box. All these elements are embossed into the sleigh's three-dimensional structure and are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the sleigh. The sleigh box, as a single-layer element, is slightly lower in the front than in the rear, and the edges of the single-layer sleigh are polished and covered with glitter. Inside the sleigh box is a seated figure of Santa Claus in traditional attire, holding an open sack of presents with both hands. Variations of the design are characterized by additional decorative elements made of thin-walled blown glass, additionally arranged in the front, free section of the sleigh box. These elements can be loosely arranged or permanently attached to the sleigh. Additional decorative elements include separately blown miniature glass ornaments depicting teddy bears, dolls, gift packages, and the like. Another variation of Christmas tree decorations involves placing sweets, candies, and nuts in the empty space of the sleigh box, especially in colorful, shiny packaging. The entire exterior and interior of the design is covered with multicolored decorations and ornamentation, dominated by shiny shades of white, silver, red, black, yellow, blue, green, gold, and colors obtained by mixing these colors. The Christmas tree ornament can be set up or hung using thread or string tied to hangers placed in the corners of the sleigh box—these are not visible in the illustrations.
