Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza krawatu, znajdujace zastosowanie jako bardzo oryginalna i jednoczesnie bardzo estetyczna postac opakowania takich towarów jak: krawaty, fulary, muchy, apaszki i inne towary. Moga to byc miedzy innymi upominki, artykuly ponczosznicze, bielizna lub inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac opakowania, zwlaszcza krawatu przejawia sie w jego uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii, konturach i elementach zdobienia Opakowanie, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na który fig.l - ilustruje opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie zamknietym, fig.2 - w stanie otwartym ze szczególem. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zobrazowany takze na fotografii, fig.3 - przedstawiajacej opakowanie w widoku ogólnym otwarte.Opakowanie, zwlaszcza krawatu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonane z kartonu, z drewna, z metalu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l i fig.2 oraz na fotografii, fig.3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie, zwlaszcza krawatu jest uksztaltowane w formie prostopadlosciemiego pudelka, zamykanego uchylna pokrywa 1. Krawedzie 2 scianek pokrywy 1 i krawedzie 2 scianek czesci pojemnikowej 3 sa sciete ukosnie w kierunku na zewnatrz, przez co po zamknieciu opakowania, szczelnie przylegaja do siebie, nadajac opakowaniu postac jednolitej bryly o prawie niezauwazalnej szczelinie 4, utworzonej na linii laczenia pokrywy 1 z czescia pojemnikowa 3. Niezuwazalne sa równiez szczeliny 5 pomiedzy krawedziami pokrywy 1 a krawedziami czesci pojemnikowej 3.Fig.1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is packaging, particularly for ties, used as a highly original and aesthetically pleasing form of packaging for goods such as ties, cravats, bow ties, scarves, and other items. These may include gifts, hosiery, underwear, and more. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character through the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the packaging, particularly for ties, manifests itself in its shape, line layout, contours, and decorative elements. The packaging, according to the design, is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the packaging in a perspective view when closed, and Fig. 2 shows the packaging in a detailed view when open. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the photograph, fig. 3 - showing a general view of the open packaging. The packaging, especially for a tie, in accordance with the industrial design may be made of cardboard, wood, metal or plastic. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2, and in the photograph, fig. 3, include that the packaging, especially for a tie, is shaped as a rectangular box, closed with a hinged lid 1. The edges 2 of the walls of the lid 1 and the edges 2 of the walls of the container part 3 are cut diagonally outwards, which is why after closing the packaging, they fit tightly to each other, giving the packaging the form of a uniform block with an almost imperceptible gap 4, formed on the line of connection of the lid 1 with the container part 3.
