Opakowanie, zwlaszcza zabawek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 20 stycznia 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza zabawek, znajdujace zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu pojedynczych egzemplarzy zabawek, szczególnie dla dzieci mlodszych. Opakowanie moze byc wykorzystywane takze do pakowania grzechotek, gryzaków, przyborów higienicznych jak równiez drobnych upominków, slodyczy, pojedynczych sztuk odziezy, kosmetyków i wielu innych przedmiotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Opakowanie moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, kartonu, folii i tworzyw sztucznych.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1- przedstawiajacym opakowanie w widoku z przodu. Opakowanie, zwlaszcza zabawek zostalo uwidocznione takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej przedmiot wzoru w widoku ogólnym od strony czolowej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i na fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie, zwlaszcza zabawek jest utworzone z przezroczystego pojemnika 1, / który w widoku od czola ma zarys prostokata. Posrodku pojemnik jest zaopatrzony obustronnie w wypuklosci 2, odwzorowujace ksztalt przedmiotu umieszczonego wewnatrz. U góry opakowanie jest wyposazone w etykiete w uksztaltowana w formie dwustronnie zagietej plytki^ Powierzchnia plytki | jest u góry w kolorze jasno-niebieskim. Posrodku plytki | znajduje sie otwór 4 do zawieszania opakowania w pozycji ekspozycyjnej. Z lewej strony otworu 4 jest umieszczony stylizowany napis 5. Ponizej otworu 4 jest usytuowane oznaczenie slowno-graficzne 6 o charakterze informacyjnym, wyrózniajace sie stylizowanym krojem liter. Powierzchnia w kolorze jasno-niebieskim graniczy ze zdjeciem 7. Zdjecie 2 przedstawia na bialym tle dzieci w wieku niemowlecym. Dzieci sa przedstawione w róznych pozach w pozycji siedzacej, jedne obok drugiego. The right to register an industrial design has been in effect since January 20, 2005. The subject of the industrial design is packaging, especially for toys, used in the packaging of individual toys, especially for younger children. The packaging can also be used for rattles, teethers, hygiene items, as well as small gifts, sweets, individual items of clothing, cosmetics, and many other items. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The packaging can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, foil, and plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the packaging from the front. The packaging, particularly for toys, is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which illustrates the subject of the design in a general view from the front. Among the essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and the photograph, Fig. 2, is that the packaging, particularly for toys, is made of a transparent container 1, / which, viewed from the front, has a rectangular outline. In the center of the container, there are protrusions 2 on both sides, reproducing the shape of the object placed inside. At the top, the packaging is equipped with a label shaped as a plate bent on both sides. The surface of the plate | is light blue at the top. In the center of the plate |, there is an opening 4 for hanging the packaging in a display position. To the left of opening 4 is a stylized inscription 5. Below opening 4 is an informative verbal and graphic marking 6, distinguished by its stylized lettering. The light blue surface borders photo 7. Photo 2 shows infants against a white background. The children are depicted in various sitting poses, one next to the other.
