Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru jest opakowanie na wyroby piekarnicze. Opakowania wykonane sa z materialów sztucznych. Nadruk jest kolorowy. Zastosowane kolory zaleza od rodzaju oferowanego produktu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Fig.l przedstawia opakowanie w stanie rozlozonym. Fig.2 Przedstawia opakowanie z zawartoscia. Niezmienna cecha opakowania jest rozmieszczenie jego poszczególnych elementów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: W górnej czesci, od której bierze poczatek opakowanie, przebiega poziomo pasek ozdobny. Przód opakowania: wzdluz umieszczony jest rozszerzajacy sie ku dolowi pasek. Srodkowa czesc paska przecina rama w ksztalcie przechylonego rombu. Wypelnienie tego rombu wystepuje w róznym kolorze ( w zaleznosci od rodzaju pieczywa). W wypelnieniu zamieszczony jest motyw graficzny przedstawiajacy pole a powyzej, takze wewnatrz ramy nazwa produktu. U góry nad rama znajduje sie data powstania piekarni oraz logo „NOWAKOWSKI" Nowakowski pod rama napis „Dobry Polski Chleb". Tylna strona opakowania: równiez przebiega rozszerzajacy sie ku dolowi pasek. W srodkowej czesci umieszczona jest etykieta (prostokat)z obligatoryjnymi informacjami o produkcie. Boki opakowania: po obu stronach umiejscowiony jest „lancuszek"(prostokaty, w których wystepuje nazwa produktu). Krótszy bok (spód) opakowania: znajduje sie rama w ksztalcie przechylonegorombu. Wewnatrz rombu jest umiejscowiony motyw graficzny przedstawiajacy pole, a powyzej takze w ramie, nazwa produktu. U góry nad rama znajduje sie: data powstania piekarni oraz logo „NOWAKOWSKI" a pod, napis „ Dobry Polski Chleb". PL PL PLPackaging: The design is for packaging for bakery products. The packaging is made of synthetic materials. The print is colorful. The colors used depend on the type of product offered. The design is shown in the attached illustrations. Fig. 1 shows the packaging unfolded. Fig. 2 shows the packaging with its contents. A consistent feature of the packaging is the arrangement of its individual elements. Essential features of the industrial design: A decorative strip runs horizontally across the top, where the packaging originates. Front of the packaging: a strip extending downward runs along the length. A frame in the shape of a tilted rhombus intersects the center of the strip. The filling of this rhombus comes in different colors (depending on the type of bread). The filling features a graphic motif representing a field, and above it, also within the frame, the name of the product. At the top above the frame is the date of establishment of the bakery and the "NOWAKOWSKI" logo. Below the frame, the inscription "Dobry Polski Chleb" (Good Polish Bread). Back of the packaging: also has a stripe that widens towards the bottom. In the middle, there is a label (rectangle) with mandatory product information. Sides of the packaging: on both sides, there is a "chain" (rectangles with the product name inside). Shorter side (bottom) of the packaging: there is a frame in the shape of a tilted diamond. Inside the diamond, there is a graphic motif representing a field, and above it, also in the frame, the name of the product. At the top, above the frame, there is the date of establishment of the bakery and the "NOWAKOWSKI" logo, and below, the inscription "Dobry Polski Chleb". PL PL PL
