Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania farb akwarelowych, umieszczana na opakowaniach farb wykonanych z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ukladzie kolorystyczno-graficznym etykiety. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przestawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-8, na którym fig. 1-3 przedstawiaja w widoku z góry trzy odmiany etykiet w czarno-bialej wersji kolorystycznej, stanowiacych opaski opakowan farb akwarelowych o ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu wykonanego z tworzywa sztucznego, zlozonego z dolnego pojemnika zaopatrzonego w 12 gniazd okraglych z umieszczonymi w nich róznobarwnymi farbami, usytuowanych w dwóch rzedach oddzielonych od siebie waskim wglebieniem pod pedzelek, który to pojemnik zakryty jest przezroczysta pokrywka, fig. 5-7 te same trzy odmiany etykiet opakowan w oryginalnej ich wersji kolorystyczno-graficznej, fig. 4 - przedstawia w widoku z góry kolejna odmiane etykiety w czarno-bialej wersji kolorystycznej naklejona na górna plaska powierzchnie opakowania wykonanego tworzywa sztucznego w ksztalcie elipsy z wyjeciem falistym z jednej strony, na obrzezu którego znajduje sie 12 gniazd okraglych z umieszczonymi w nich róznokolorowymi farbami, a fig. 8 - te sama odmiane etykiety na opakowaniu w oryginalnej jej wersji kolorystyczno-graficznej. Etykieta opakowania farb akwarelowych przedstawiona na fig. 1 i 5 ma ksztalt prostokatnej opaski, podzielonej na dwie czesci: górna granatowa i dolna zólta, przy czym linia podzialu ma ksztalt falisty. Na górnej granatowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Akwarele" wykonany stylizowana biala czcionka z kolorowymi wewnetrznymi okraglymi polami liter oraz napis „SZKOLNE" wykonany duzymi bialymi literami umieszczonymi na jasnoniebieskim polu prostokatnym. W prawym górnym rogu tej czesci znajduje sie logo „ASTRA" przedstawiajace zielone pole w ksztalcie wycinka elipsy stykajacego sie z krawedziami etykiety, na którym to polu znajduje sie biale okragle pole z czarna obwódka, wewnatrz którego umieszczony jest napis „ASTRA" wykonany stylizowanymi duzymi czarnymi literami.Z kolei, na zóltej czesci etykiety znajduje sie rysunek górnej czesci tulowia basniowego stwora o fantazyjnych ksztaltach, imitujacych postac ludzka, w kolorze zielonym z czarnymi wlosami, spiczastymi uszami i szeroko otworzonymi oczyma, z biala chustka na wlosach, trzymajacego w rece przyrzad pierscieniowy do wydmuchiwania baniek mydlanych, unoszacych sie przed nim. Odmiana etykiety opakowania pokazana na fig. 2 i 6 ma wyglad analogiczny jak etykieta pokazana na fig. 1 i 5, z tym na zóltej czesci etykiety znajduje sie rysunek górnej czesci tulowia basniowego zielonego stwora o fantazyjnych ksztaltach, imitujacych postac ludzka, w niebieskich spiochach, trzymajacego w ustach rózowy smoczek, a w rece bialy papierowy element imitujacy strzale. Ponadto, na zóltym polu znajduje sie motyw ozdobny w postaci jasnozóltych i ciemnozóltych elementów. Na zóltej czesci etykiety znajduja sie rysunki dwóch basniowych zielonych stworów o fantazyjnych ksztaltach, imitujacych postac ludzka, z których jeden stwór z warkoczami, ubrany w biala sukienke caluje drugiego stwora, ubranego w czerwone spodenki, a przy ich stopach znajduja sie rysunki bialych kwiatów. Ponadto, na zóltym polu znajduje sie motyw ozdobny w postaci jasnozóltych i ciemnozóltych elementów. W dolnej czesci pola zóltego znajduje sie opisane wyzej oznaczenie „Astrolle", w lewej górnej czesci - dalsze napisy informacyjne z kodem kreskowym oraz liczba „12" w kolorze czerwonym z czarno-biala obwódka z usytuowanym pod nia slowem „KOLORÓW" wykonanym duzymi czarnymi literami. The new form and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the colour and graphic layout of the label. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material fig. 1-8, in which fig. 1-3 show in a top view three varieties of labels in a black and white colour version, constituting bands of watercolour paint packaging in the shape of a flattened cuboid made of plastic, consisting of a lower container provided with 12 round sockets with multicoloured paints placed in them, situated in two rows separated from each other by a narrow recess for a brush, which container is covered with a transparent lid, fig. 5-7 the same three varieties of packaging labels in their original colour and graphic version, fig. 4 - shows in a top view another variety of the label in a black and white colour version stuck on the upper flat surface of the packaging made of plastic in the shape of an ellipse with a wavy outlet on one side, on the edge of which there are 12 round sockets with multi-coloured paints placed in them, and fig. 8 - the same version of the label on the packaging in its original colour and graphic version. The label of the watercolour paint packaging shown in figs. 1 and 5 has the shape of a rectangular band, divided into two parts: the upper navy blue and the lower yellow, with the dividing line having a wavy shape. On the upper navy blue part of the label there is the inscription "Akwarele" made in stylised white font with coloured inner round letter fields and the inscription "SCHOOL" made in large white letters placed on a light blue rectangular field. In the upper right corner of this part there is the "ASTRA" logo, which represents a green field in the shape of a segment of an ellipse touching the edges of the label, on which field there is a white round field with a black border, inside which there is the inscription "ASTRA" made in stylized large black letters. In turn, on the yellow part of the label there is a drawing of the upper part of the torso of a fairy-tale creature with fanciful shapes, imitating a human figure, in green with black hair, pointed ears and wide-open eyes, with a white scarf on its hair, holding in its hand a ring device for blowing soap bubbles floating in front of it. In addition, on the yellow part of the label there is a decorative motif in the form of light and dark yellow hoops. In the lower right part of the yellow field there is the designation "Astrolle", which is also the name of the aforementioned creature, in the form of a small red field in the shape of a rectangle with an arched concave upper side, on which there is the inscription "Astrolle" written in stylized letters with two borders: black and white, while above the letter "o" of this word imitating the creature's green nose are its eyes and black fringe. Above the designation "Astrolle" there is a large number "12" in red with a black and white border with the word "KOLORÓW" written below it in large black letters. The variation of the packaging label shown in Figs. 2 and 6 is analogous to the label shown in Figs. 1 and 5, except that the yellow part of the label features a drawing of the upper torso of a fairy-tale green creature with fanciful shapes, imitating a human figure, in blue pajamas, holding a pink pacifier in its mouth and a white paper element imitating an arrow in its hand. In addition, the yellow field features a decorative motif in the form of light yellow and dark yellow elements. In the lower right part of the yellow field there is the above-described "Astrolle" marking, and above it there is a large number "12" in red with a black and white border and the word "KOLORÓW" written in large black letters below it. Another version of the label shown in figs. 3 and 7 is similar in appearance to the label shown in figs. 1 and 5, except that on the yellow part of the label there is a drawing of the upper part of the torso of a fairy-tale green creature with fanciful shapes, imitating a human figure, holding in both hands an orange pumpkin with a green tail and cut-out eyes, nose and mouth, imitating a human head. In addition, on the yellow field there is a decorative motif in the form of light yellow and dark yellow elements. In the lower right part of the yellow field there is the above-described "Astrolle" marking, and above it there is a large number "18" in red with a black and white border with the word "KOLORÓW" written in large black letters underneath. Another version of the label shown in figs. 4 and 8 has an appearance similar to the label shown in figs. 1 and 5, except that it has the shape of an ellipse with a wavy opening in the upper part, while in the upper navy blue part of the label, in addition to the above-described inscription "Akwarele SZKOLNE" in the upper right rounded corner, there is the above-described "ASTRA" logo, while in the upper left rounded corner there are information inscriptions about the manufacturer and the product. On the yellow part of the label there are drawings of two fairy-tale green creatures with fanciful shapes, imitating a human figure, one of which a creature with braids, dressed in a white dress, kisses the other creature, dressed in red shorts, and at their feet there are drawings of white flowers. In addition, on the yellow field there is a decorative motif in the form of light yellow and dark yellow elements. In the lower part of the yellow field there is the above-described "Astrolle" marking, in the upper left part - further information inscriptions with a barcode and the number "12" in red with a black and white border with the word "KOLORÓW" written in large black letters underneath it. Essential features of the industrial design The label for the packaging of watercolour paints, placed on two-part, rectangular, flat packages of watercolour paints, consisting of a lower part containing sockets with paints and an upper transparent cover, or on elliptical paint packages with a wavy outlet similar to a painter's palette, shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1-8 is characterised by the fact that: - it is divided into two parts: the upper part is navy blue and the lower part is yellow, with the dividing line having a wavy shape, and: - the yellow part of the label contains drawings of one or more children playing fairy-tale green creatures of fanciful shapes, imitating a human figure, with black hair and pointy ears, dressed in various ways and holding various objects for play, and in addition: - on the yellow part of the label there is the designation "Astrolle", which is the name of the green creature, in the form of a small red field in the shape of a rectangle with an arc-shaped concave upper side, on which field there is the inscription "Astrolle" written in stylised letters, and above the letter "o" of this word imitating the creature's green nose there are its eyes and black fringe; - on the upper navy blue part of the label there is a stylized inscription "Akwarele SZKOLNE"; - in the upper right corner of the navy blue part of the label there is the "ASTRA" logo in the form of a green field in the shape of a segment of an ellipse touching the edges of the label, on which field there is a white round field with a black border, inside which there is the inscription "ASTRA" made in stylized large black letters; - on the yellow part of the label there are decorative motifs in light and dark yellow; - on the yellow part of the label there are information inscriptions regarding the number of paint colors in the package; - the label in the top view has a rectangular shape; - the label in the top view has an elliptical shape with a wavy opening in the upper part.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7Fig. 8 PL PL PL PL
