The essence of the industrial design is the new and original graphic and textual layout of the label surface, which has a uniform dark green background, featuring attractive decorative motifs and drawings referring to the ingredients contained in the cosmetic product packaging. The industrial design is presented in one variation in the attached illustration showing a general view of the label for avocado cosmetic cream packaging. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: The industrial design label, shown in the attached illustration, for packaging in the form of an oval tube with a screw cap, containing a cosmetic product in the form of an avocado cream intended for hand and nail care, has the following essential features. The rectangular label with larger vertical sides has a uniform dark green background and a surface with a clearly defined graphic and textual division into a front section presenting the product and a back section—a counter-label containing product information. The front section of the label features a realistic illustration of an avocado fruit and its elements, with brown seeds in various shades of green and green leaves, covering almost its entire surface. Against the background of an avocado, in the center of the front of the label, between two white incomplete lines, is a four-level inscription: AVOCADO HAND & NAIL CREAM regenerating, in all caps and italics, with the word AVOCADO being larger and dominant. Beneath the second horizontal line is a three-level text in English: AVOCADO HAND & NAIL CREAM regenerating, under which, between two avocado halves with brown pits, is a dark green icon with a drawing imitating avocados and a circular inscription: NATURAL AVOCADO OIL, with numerous dots at the bottom, surrounded by a white circle.
