The essence of the industrial design is a new and original solution concerning the entire surface of the label, manifested by a characteristic graphic design, word arrangement, their mutual arrangement and also the colors. The label according to the industrial design has not only utility and informational values, but also allows for the achievement of aesthetic goals, which is manifested both in the colors and the graphic and word solution. The industrial design comes in two versions and is presented in the attached illustration depicting: Fig. 1 – a label in a general view from above in the first version intended for the packaging of a yeast conditioner in liquid form Fig. 2 – a label in a general view from above in the second version intended for the packaging of a yeast conditioner in the form of an emulsion The label of the packaging of hair strengthening cosmetics is characterized by the fact that it has a surface in the shape of a rectangle with a uniform colored background with a clearly noticeable division into a display part presenting the product in the package verbally and graphically and a part containing all the necessary, useful information about the product and its manufacturer. The label has a light orange background on its entire surface. At the top of the display part of the label there is an inscription consisting of words placed one below the other. Natural colour and an inscription in capital letters defining the type of product below, of which there is a dominant inscription in ornamental handwriting of considerable size: "Drozdzowa" situated diagonally to the right upwards, below which there is an inscription also in handwriting of much smaller size, also running diagonally to the right upwards consisting of the words: "brewer's yeast". Lower down, between two horizontal letters there is a two-line text in block letters defining the purpose of the product with the content: "for falling out and weakened hair". Then, even lower down there is an inscription in English written in stylised graphic writing: "Breveris Yeast", below which there is also English text written in medium-sized font: defining the product. At the very bottom of the display part of the label, the manufacturer's logo is placed in the form of a graphically stylized circular lines, a parrot's head and the words "cosmetic" placed one below the other, made in various types of fonts and their sizes. The manufacturer's logo is a registered trademark. All inscriptions, logos, as well as lines and graphic ornaments are dark blue and are located on a light orange background of the label surface. In addition to the inscriptions presenting and defining the product located on the display part of the label, there are various decorative graphic elements thematically related to this product in the packaging. Graphic elements in the form of drawings presenting, for example, ears of grain in light beige, yeast in various forms in yellow and sand or dark blue drawings of bags, vessels and mugs are located on the sides at the top and bottom and also between the inscriptions presenting the product. The information part of the label has an inscription at the top defining the product, under which there are icons referring to the product ingredients and its advantages through drawings and captions below them. Below the icons, there is, in small dark blue print, essential, required and useful information about the product, its composition, method of use and application. At the very bottom of this part of the label, there is information about the origin of the product, full manufacturer data, package capacity and the product barcode with yeast cubes in its upper right-hand part. PL 27460 3 The industrial design in the first variation, shown in Fig. 1, has a surface in the shape of a wide horizontal rectangle with a uniform light orange background, with a clearly visible division into a display part presenting the product in the package and a part containing useful, required and necessary information about the product, its origin and manufacturer. At the top of the display part of the label there is an inscription consisting of the words: Barwa naturalna, placed one below the other, under which there is a three-line text: ODZYWKA EKSPRESOWA W SPRAYU, written in capital letters, with the word Odżywka written in slightly larger fonts. Under these inscriptions there is a dominant one-word inscription written in large handwriting and placed diagonally upwards to the right: "Drozdzowa", under which there is also a handwritten and also diagonally upwards term: "dróżdze piwowne". Below, there is a word written in capital letters: "WZMACNIAJACA" and under them, between two horizontal lines, there is a two-line text: "for hair that is falling out and weakened" written in large font. At the very bottom of this part of the label, there is the manufacturer's logo, which is its registered trademark.
