The set labels, according to the industrial design, feature inscriptions, drawings, and information related to the type of cosmetic contained within the packaging. Rectangular labels with various inscriptions and pictorial elements are known. The new form and individual character of the label are manifested in the arrangement of graphic elements and verbal inscriptions, a variety of original and distinctive colors, and surface composition. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variation of the label intended for bottle-shaped packaging containing nettle shampoo; Fig. 2 – shows the second variation of the label for a bottle-shaped packaging containing horsetail shampoo; Fig. 3 – shows the third variation of the label for a packaging containing mint shampoo; Fig. 4 – shows the fourth variation of the label for a bottle-shaped packaging with a dispenser containing nettle hair conditioner; Fig. 5 – shows the fifth variation of the label for a bottle-shaped packaging with a dispenser containing horsetail hair conditioner. The first label variation, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a horizontally elongated wide rectangle with a clearly marked division into a display section presenting the product on the right, and a section on the left containing the necessary information about the product and its manufacturer. Each section of the label has a different background color, with the display section being beige with dotted accents. Narrow dark green stripes run along the top and bottom edges of the longer horizontal sides of the rectangular label. Between the dark green horizontal stripes on the beige background with dotted accents, a vertical rectangle with a dark green background is located on the left side of the label surface. This rectangle contains comprehensive, mandatory, and useful information about the product contained within the package, including its benefits, instructions for use, and ingredients. In the lower right corner of the dark green rectangle, a small vertical white rectangle is separated, containing full information and manufacturer details, product origin, and packaging capacity in various sizes in black fonts. At the very bottom is the product's barcode, also in black on a white background, with an image of a herb leaf located on the upper right side. The information in the dark green rectangle is in small white font in Polish and English, with the larger white letters being more prominent than the others. At the very bottom left of the dark green rectangle, there is also a small horizontal rectangle with a plain white background, where additional information, such as the product's expiration date, can be added. The right side of the label, with an area almost twice as large as the dark green vertical rectangle with information on the left side, and a uniform beige background with darker dotted accents, is the central, frontal display part of the label, while its information part can be considered a counter-label. At the top, in the middle of the frontal display part of the label, there is a rectangle close to a square on a turquoise background, placed tangentially to the upper horizontal narrow dark green strip, with a two-level inscription: MAGIA ZIÓL, constituting the name of the product series, written in large, white capital letters, where above the letter A" of the word MAGIA there is the letter "R" placed in a circle, also in white, informing that the turquoise rectangle with the two-level inscription Magia Ziół is a registered word-figurative trademark of the applicant in the Polish Patent Office under No. R 145184. The center of the front display label PL 27959 (3 parts) is filled mostly with a solid circle on a dark green background with a white border, surrounded by a wreath composed of a diverse selection of Polish herbs, referencing the product series name: MAGIA ZIÓL. The herbal leaf design in the wreath is in light mint green. The dark green background of the solid circle at the top features the dominant inscription: SZAMPON (SHAMPOO), in large, bold, white block letters. Below this, between two thin horizontal white lines, is the name of the product contained within, consisting of a two-horizontal inscription: POKRZYWA (NETTLE) for oily hair, in varying sizes and thinly outlined white font. Beneath the second horizontal white line is a two-line inscription in English: NETTLE SHAMPOO oily hair, also in white block letters of varying sizes. Beneath a dark green, solid circle with product text, framed by a white border, encircled by a wreath of various Polish herbs in light green and mint. Below this are three circular icons with a green background and white drawings referencing the product itself, with two-level inscriptions explaining the product's benefits, written in small, green capital letters. At the very bottom of this display portion of the label, in a beige color with darker, dotted accents, is the manufacturer's logo, registered with the Polish Patent Office as a figurative trademark under No. R. 302835. It consists of a stylized image of a parrot's head and a two-level black inscription: COSMETICS, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. Each portion of the label has a different background color, with the background of the display portion being beige with dotted accents. Narrow brown stripes run along the top and bottom edges of the longer horizontal sides of the rectangular label. Between the outer brown horizontal stripes on a beige background with dotted darker accents, on the left side of the label, is a vertical rectangle with a brown background containing comprehensive, mandatory, and useful information about the product contained within the package, including its benefits, directions for use, and composition. In the lower right corner of the brown rectangle, a small white vertical rectangle is separated, containing full information and manufacturer data in black fonts of varying sizes, including the product's origin and the package capacity. The fourth variation of the label, based on the industrial design and intended for a bottle with a dispenser, has the shape of an elongated, wide, horizontal rectangle with a clearly marked division into a central display portion of the label and informational sections to its left and right, which may serve as a back label. The label surface has a beige background with darker, dotted accents. Narrow dark green stripes run along the top and bottom edges of the longer horizontal sides of the rectangular label. The central display portion of the label features a turquoise, almost square-shaped rectangle at the top center, bearing a two-level inscription: MAGIA ZIÓL (Magic Herbs) in large, white capital letters. This inscription represents the name of the product series, registered under the applicant's verbal and figurative trademark No. R. 145184, as indicated by the letter "R" in a circle, above the letter "A" of the word MAGIA, also in white. The central display portion of the label features a full circle with a dark green background and white border, surrounded by a wreath of Polish herbs with light green and mint leaves. On a dark green background, a full circle features the dominant inscription: ODZYWKA (CONDITIONER), written in large, bold, white block letters. This inscription consists of a two-level inscription: POKRYWA (NETTLE) for oily hair, written in various sizes in thin, white block letters.
