W bocznych, lewej i prawej czesciach etykiety znajduja sie informacje dotyczace zawartego w opakowaniu produktu tj. oczyszczajacej emulsji do ciala. Podana jest takze pojemnosc opakowania wynoszaca 250 ml. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 3 przedstawiajacej etykiete opakowania oczyszczajacej emulsji do ciala, ma tlo poziomego obszaru podluznego prostokata w kolorze jasnorózowym, natomiast nalozony ornament jest w kolorze ciemnorózowym. Pod nazwa serii produktów w kolorze brazowym w dominujacej srodkowej czesci etykiety jest nazwa produktu: ROSE, w kolorze brazowym. W wydluzonym poziomym prostokacie o ciemnorózowym tle, usytuowana pod nazwami serii i produktu znajduje sie okreslenie rodzaju i przeznaczenia produktu, skladajace sie z wyrazów SUGAR SCRUB. Tlo, przylegajacej do wydluzonego prostokata pieczeci jest w kolorze ciemnorózowym. The essence of the industrial design is its name, which possesses an individual character, given to the product by its shape, original color scheme and graphic design, as well as the arrangement of verbal elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a view of the label for a body cream in butter form called Sweet Coffe; Fig. 2 – shows a view of the label for a body cleansing emulsion called Sweet Coffe; Fig. 3 – shows a view of the label for a body cleansing emulsion called Rose. All labels covered by the industrial design feature a horizontally elongated rectangle, the vertical sides of which are several times shorter than the horizontal sides. The background of each label variant is a uniform, unique color. A horizontal stripe depicting an oriental Arabic ornament runs horizontally across the entire length of the label, slightly separated from its top and bottom edges. The ornament is a darker shade of the label's background color. Each label variant features a visually visible vertical division into three distinctive sections. The dominant, central section of the label, set against a uniform color background with a darker Arabic ornament, features inscriptions comprehensively presenting the product contained within the packaging. The left and right side panels of all label variants contain information about the product, its origin, and manufacturer, placed in horizontal white frames with a darker shade of the label background. In all label variants, the dominant central section at the top features the product series inscription: BARWY HARMONII (HARMONY COLOR), in capital white letters. Below it is the product name. Below, in a horizontal, elongated rectangle with white frames and a darker shade of the label background, is the product type and intended use, written in capital white letters. On the right side of the elongated rectangle is a tangentially placed original graphic element in the form of a seal containing, in the center, a stylized drawing of a profile view of the contours of a parrot's head, executed in circular lines, surrounded by a ring containing alternating words: "tradition since 1949" and "since 1949" in small white font. At the bottom of the dominant, central part of the label is the manufacturer's logo, registered trademark 302835 of the applicant. All inscriptions and graphic elements are in white. The left side of each label variant, in an elongated horizontal rectangle with white frames and a background in a darker shade of the label's background color, contains product information in several languages in small block letters. The right side of all label variants, in an elongated horizontal rectangle with white borders and a background in a darker shade of the label's background color, provides the product's ingredients, testing, and expiration date. At the bottom right of the information text are the product's origin, full manufacturer information, the vertically positioned packaging capacity, and the product code in black on the white field of the horizontal rectangle. Below the fanciful product name, there is an elongated horizontal rectangle with white frames on a dark brown background, on which the inscription BODY BUTTER is placed. On the right side of the label, in a long, horizontal rectangle with white borders and a dark brown background, information about the product's ingredients is placed at the top. Below, on the left, information about its testing and expiration date is provided in Polish and English. On the right side, the product's origin is listed, along with full manufacturer information, and the packaging capacity of 220 ml is displayed vertically. At the bottom, in the lower right corner, the product code is displayed in black on the white field of the horizontal rectangle. The second variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, showing the label of a cleansing body emulsion packaging, has, under the product series and product names in the dominant central part of the label, a description of the product type and intended use, consisting of the words "SUGAR SCRUB," placed in an long rectangle. The left and right side panels of the label contain information about the product contained within the package, i.e., a cleansing body lotion. The package capacity of 250 ml is also specified. The third variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, depicting the label for a cleansing body lotion, has a light pink horizontal rectangle background, with the overlaid ornament in dark pink. Beneath the brown product series name in the dominant central part of the label is the product name: ROSE, in brown. Within an elongated horizontal rectangle with a dark pink background, located beneath the series and product names, is a description of the product type and intended use, consisting of the words SUGAR SCRUB. The background of the seal adjacent to the elongated rectangle is dark pink. The manufacturer's logo is dark brown below the SUGAR SCRUB inscription, at the bottom of the central part of the label. Vertical rectangles on a dark pink background on the left and right sides of the label contain useful and required information about the product and its manufacturer. The packaging capacity of 250 ml is also indicated.
