The label is used to be placed on individual packages in the shape of an oval tube with a cap. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, which is manifested by its colors, word and graphic arrangement, as well as the shape and positioning of graphic elements and drawings. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing showing the label for the packaging of an olive cream for hands and nails. The label in the form of an oval tube with a cap is characterized by the fact that it has a surface in the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with a uniform background in olive green. The verbal and graphic layout of the label surface allows for a clear distinction between its two editing fields in the form of a front field, presenting the product, and a back field (back label) containing information about the product and its manufacturer. Significant features of the industrial design. The packaging label in the form of a tube with a cap containing olive hand and nail cream, which is the subject of the industrial design, has the following essential features: the label shown in the attached drawing has the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with an olive green background. On the front part of the label, there is a drawing taking up most of its surface, presenting olive tree branches with dark green leaves and olive fruit in shades ranging from light to dark green with white reflections. In the lower part of the olive tree branches, between the leaves and olive fruit, there is a round icon with a dark green background and a drawing of olive fruit and leaves in white, also surrounded by a white inscription in capital letters: NATURAL OLIVE EXTRACT with many dots. In the middle of the front field of the label, on the background of the branches with olive fruit, between two horizontal white incomplete lines, there is a three-level inscription: HAND AND NAIL CREAM OLIVE regenerating, with the word OLIVE being dominant. Under the second horizontal incomplete line there is a three-line inscription in English: OLIVE HAND & NAIL CREAM regenerating in medium-sized capital letters and the word "regeneration" in regular font. The back label located on the right side of the front field has at the top the inscription: KREM DO HAND I NAILS OLIVE regenerating underlined with a horizontal white incomplete line, under which there is extensive information about the product and how to use it in Polish. Below, in one horizontal row, there is a drawing imitating a seal and three icons, the first with the number 91% and the others depicting and describing the product's ingredients and its advantages. Under the drawing imitating a seal and round icons with a dark green background underlined with a small white line there is text in English and Spanish containing comprehensive information about the product, the weight of the packaging and also precise data of its manufacturer and the bar code of the product with an olive tree branch with olive fruit placed at the top right of the upper side. All texts on the label as well as graphic elements are printed in white, and the entire surface of the label is olive green.
