The label is intended to be applied to oval packaging of cosmetic hair conditioner. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the label, manifested in an original design and colors. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which the label is shown in a general view as Fig. 1. The application covers one variation of the design. Essential features of the industrial design: The label of the oval packaging containing express hair conditioner in a spray according to the industrial design has a surface in the shape of a rectangle with slightly larger horizontal sides. The background of the entire surface of the label is a subtle light green and is divided by means of positioned text and graphics into a front part displaying the product and a back part (back label) containing comprehensive information about the product and its manufacturer. The front, display part of the label, located on the left side of the rectangular surface of the label, has a fanciful drawing on a subtle light green background, referring thematically to the contents of the packaging of an apple surrounded by apple tree leaves and flowers and apples cut into quarters. The apple fruit located in the center of the front part of the label is green with white highlights but slightly darker than the subtle green of the background, while the leaves surrounding it are dark green and the flowers are light pink and white, while the apple quarters are pale green and white. Above the apple fruit with elements of an apple tree (leaves, flowers) and apple quarters, which takes up almost the entire surface of the front, display part of the label, there is a two-level inscription, which is the name of a series of cosmetic products: Barwa Naturalna, written in medium-sized block letters with a capital letter in navy blue. On the background of the apple fruit drawing between two horizontal navy blue lines there is a mid-level inscription presenting the product placed in the packaging: EXPRESS VINEGAR SPRAY CONDITIONER FOR DRY AND MATT HAIR, glossing. The inscription is made in printed bold letters of various sizes in capital letters, except for the word glossing, which is written in printed italics. The dominant word of this inscription should be considered: VINEGAR. Below the lower horizontal line at the bottom of the apple fruit drawing and between the apple quarters there is a three-line inscription in English: APLLE CIDER VINEGAR EXPRESS SPRAY CONDITIONER glossing written in bold printed capital letters, with the word "glossing" written in lower case in regular print. Between the lower parts of the apple quarters there is a dark green circle with a white border, in which the number 98 is placed with the % sign, and below it there is a three-line inscription in English: ingrediensts of natural origin The inscription and the number are in white. PL 28051 3 At the very bottom of the front part of the label, between the drawing of an apple flower and leaves, there is the logo of the product manufacturer, which is its verbal and graphic trademark, consisting of a graphically a stylized parrot head and a two-level inscription on the right: colour COSMETICS The right side of the rectangular label with a subtle light green background, which acts as a counter-label when placed on the oval cosmetic packaging, has texts placed on its entire surface containing all the required, essential, useful and comprehensive information about the product and its manufacturer. At the very top of this part of the label there is an inscription in small capital letters EXPRESS CONDITIONER IN SPRAYU OCTOWA, under which there is the word: "shining" in printed italics, underlined with a horizontal navy blue line. Below the horizontal navy blue line there is text in Polish in small font, beginning with bold words information about the advantages and properties of the product in the package, and below it is provided the method of its use. Below the information text in Polish there are round icons with a dark green background and white drawings thematically referring to the product in the package, as well as slightly larger icons in the shape of a seal. The first icon from the left with a drawing of an apple is signed: "naturalny ekstraag z octu appleblkowego", under the next one with a drawing of a peach there is an inscription: "peach extract", another icon with a drawing of a silkworm butterfly is signed: "silk hydrolysate" then under the icon with a drawing of a woman's head surrounded by an elaborate hairstyle there is an inscription: "shiny hair easy to comb". The last icon on the right side showing a round seal with a drawing of a stylised parrot's head in the middle has an inscription surrounding it: RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS, and decorative rings located above it around it. Below the horizontal row of decorative information icons, there is text in English giving the advantages and properties of the product and how to use it. Similar information is contained in the text below in Spanish. Further information in both Polish and foreign languages concerns dermatological tests and the product's shelf life. A list of the product's ingredients is also provided. At the very bottom of this part of the label (back label), on the left side there is a record of the origin of the product below which there is the manufacturer's logo with the letter "R" in a circle, indicating the applicant's word-and-graphic trademark, and its full postal and internet address is provided. On the right side of this information there is a number specifying the capacity of the packaging in a position turned by 90°. Behind the capacity number, in a white horizontal rectangle there is the product's bar code, while on its upper right side there are stylized drawings of an apple and an original bottle of vinegar in the form of a bottle. All inscriptions placed on the label according to the subject industrial design as well as graphic lines are in navy blue except for the number 98 with the % sign and the related information on the amount of natural ingredients contained in the product, which are in white.
