Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a label intended for packaging and affixing, containing a decorative composition of graphic and lettering elements. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny, oryginalny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy kolorystyczno-graficzne, liternictwo, uklad linii i rysunku i napisów oraz rozmieszczenie tekstu. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual, original form of the product, given to it by color and graphic features, lettering, arrangement of lines and drawings, inscriptions, and the arrangement of text.

Etykieta wzoru przemyslowego (Fig. 1) ma zasadniczo ksztalt prostokata, podzielonego na rózne sekcje, w róznych odmianach faktury barwy, gdzie kolejno od lewej strony znajduja sie paski pionowe róznej szerokosci: ? koloru pomaranczowego, ? koloru bialego, gdzie znajduje sie dominujacy element, w centralnej czesci w postaci motywu zdobniczego, grafiki psa w odcieniach brazu, bieli i szarosci. Oprócz wizerunku zwierzecia, w sasiedztwie grafiki znajduja sie: napis koloru granatowego „NUTRIVIDA” polozony z lewej strony grafiki, zas z prawej strony charakterystyczne grafiki koloru zlotego, w ksztalcie okregów, wewnatrz których znajduja sie atrybuty: glowy psa z napisem ponizej „Dorosle psy”, medalu z napisem ponizej „Wybór eksperta”. Nad grafika znajduja sie informacje dodatkowe takie jak kod kreskowy, masa czy dane kontaktowe, zas ponizej grafiki znajduja sie informacje w jezyku polskim i angielskim takie jak: Sklad/Composition, Skladniki analityczne/Analytical constituents oraz informacje dodatkowe odnosnie podawania i przechowywania, ? koloru zlotego, ? koloru granatowego, gdzie w centralnej czesci znajduje sie napis „Nutribar” i zarys grafiki psa ponizej – koloru zlotego, napis koloru bialego „BATONIK PROTEINOWY Z JAGNIECINA DLA PSA”, napis koloru zlotego „Przebadany, prosty sklad” oraz grafika stanowiaca zarys mapy Polski, koloru zlotego z napisem „PRODUKT POLSKI MADE IN POLAND”. Powyzej wymienionych elementów znajduje sie napis koloru zlotego „Pure Love. True Care” ze zdobniczym motywem w ksztalcie kola ze zlotym rantem, granatowym tlem, wewnatrz którego centralne miejsce stanowi figura w ksztalcie serca koloru zlotego i napis koloru bialego „PURE LOVE, Dog Food, TRUE CARE”, zas ponizej znajduja sie informacje dodatkowe odnosnie produktu napisane czcionka koloru bialego oraz napis „NUTRIVIDA” koloru zlotego, ? koloru zlotego, ? grafiki karmy/batonika dla psa, ? koloru pomaranczowego.The industrial design label (Fig. 1) is essentially a rectangle, divided into different sections, in different color textures, where, from the left, there are vertical stripes of varying widths: orange, white, where the dominant element is located, in the central part in the form of a decorative motif, an image of a dog in shades of brown, white, and gray. In addition to the image of the animal, the graphic is flanked by: the navy blue inscription "NUTRIVIDA" located to the left of the graphic, and on the right side, characteristic gold graphics in the shape of circles, within which are attributes: a dog's head with the inscription "Adult dogs" below, a medal with the inscription "Expert's Choice" below. Above the graphic is additional information such as the barcode, weight, and contact details. Below the graphic is information in Polish and English, such as: Composition, Analytical Constituents, and additional information regarding administration and storage. Gold-colored, Navy blue, with the inscription "Nutribar" and an outline of a dog in the center. Below – gold-colored, white text "LAMB PROTEIN BAR FOR DOGS," gold-colored text "Tested, simple composition," and a graphic depicting an outline of a map of Poland, gold-colored, with the inscription "POLISH PRODUCT MADE IN POLAND." Above the above-mentioned elements is a gold inscription reading "Pure Love. True Care" with a decorative circular motif with a gold edge and a navy blue background, within the center a gold heart-shaped figure and the white inscription "PURE LOVE, Dog Food, TRUE CARE." Below is additional product information written in white font and the inscription "NUTRIVIDA" in gold, ? gold, ? dog food/bar graphic, ? orange.
