Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, przeznaczona do nakladania m.in. na puszki, majaca postac prostokata, do trwalego przyklejenia lub naniesienia na opakowania, m.in. puszki i zawierajaca ozdobna kompozycje elementów graficznych i literniczych. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje piec odmian, pokazanych na Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5. Description of the Industrial Design The industrial design is a label intended for application, including to cans, having a rectangular shape, for permanent attachment or application to packaging, including cans, and containing a decorative composition of graphic and lettering elements. The industrial design includes five varieties, shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny, oryginalny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy kolorystyczno-graficzne, liternictwo, uklad linii i rysunku i napisów oraz rozmieszczenie tekstu. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual, original form of the product, given to it by color and graphic features, lettering, arrangement of lines and drawings, inscriptions, and the arrangement of text.

Etykieta, wedlug wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5) ma zasadniczo ksztalt prostokata o tle podzielonym na trzy czesci, w róznych odmianach faktury barwy, gdzie dominujacym elementem znajdujacym sie w centralnej czesci jest motyw zdobniczy, grafika w postaci psa lub kota w odcieniach brazu, bieli i szarosci. Oprócz wizerunku zwierzecia, w sasiedztwie grafiki znajduja sie elementy wspólne wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego: napis „NUTRIVIDA” polozony centralnie nad lub pod grafika, z lewej i prawej strony charakterystyczne grafiki koloru zlotego, w ksztalcie okregów, wewnatrz których znajduja sie symbole oraz napis „Pure Love, True Care” znajdujacy sie w zdobniczym motywie o ksztalcie kola, wewnatrz którego centralne miejsce stanowi figura w ksztalcie serca koloru zlotego. Wspólna cecha etykiet sa takze znajdujace sie z lewej strony na tle pasków o okreslonej barwie napisy w jezyku polskim, podajace wlasciwosci karmy dla zwierzat i dodatkowe informacje odnosnie porcjowania, podawania, przechowywania, kod QR, a po prawej stronie etykiety oprócz informacji dodatkowych takich jak: napis – przebadany sklad, kod kreskowy, dane producenta, dane produkcyjne, znajduja sie napisy w jezyku angielskim, podajace wlasciwosci karmy dla zwierzat. The label, according to all variants of the industrial design (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5), is essentially rectangular in shape with a background divided into three parts, in various color textures, where the dominant element in the central part is a decorative motif, a graphic in the form of a dog or cat in shades of brown, white and gray. In addition to the image of the animal, the graphic features common elements found in all industrial design variations: the "NUTRIVIDA" inscription located centrally above or below the graphic, distinctive gold-colored graphics on the left and right, in the shape of circles containing symbols, and the "Pure Love, True Care" inscription within a decorative circular motif, with a gold-colored heart-shaped figure in the center. A common feature of the labels is also the inscriptions in Polish, located on the left side against a background of stripes of a specific color, specifying the properties of the pet food, as well as additional information regarding portioning, administration, storage, and a QR code. On the right side of the label, in addition to additional information such as: the inscription – tested composition, barcode, manufacturer's data, and production data, there are inscriptions in English specifying the properties of the pet food.
