There are known packages in the form of rectangular cardboard boxes with information inscriptions and decorative and graphic elements placed on the surface of their walls. Known packages differ in size and form, dimensions of individual walls, background, colors, content of inscriptions and graphic elements on the walls of these packages. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested particularly in the colours of the whole and the background of the individual walls, with marked lines and elements facilitating assembly and folding of the packaging, as well as in its graphic layout and mutual arrangement of word-graphic elements. Packaging for cosmetic products according to the industrial design is shown in the collective illustrative material and individual figures of its variants, in unfolded form with marked lines and elements facilitating assembly and folding of the packaging, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a view of the packaging in unfolded form intended for moisturising sulfur cream; Fig. 2 – shows a view of the packaging in unfolded form intended for mattifying sulfur cream; Fig. 3 – shows a view of the packaging in unfolded form intended for sulfur soap bar; Fig. 4 – shows an unfolded view of the packaging intended for a spot sulfur serum. The packaging of cosmetic products according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a cuboid cardboard box, all of whose walls are rectangles. The front, display, side and rear walls of the cardboard box constituting the packaging have a background depicting a view of a multi-colored mountain range at the foot of which is an image of vegetation, shrubs and tropical trees. The background of these walls is light blue at the top and turquoise in various shades at the bottom, from dark to bright orange. All packaging varieties on the front display wall have an inscription at the top on a light blue background, which is the name of the product, consisting of the words BARWA Siarkowa placed one below the other, where the word BARWA is written horizontally in large, dominant, printed capital letters in red and orange, and the word Siarkowa placed diagonally below it is written in handwritten, ornamental black script, with the upper part of the letters of the word Siarkowa overlapping the lower part of the letters of the word BARWA. The words Barwa Siarkowa are a registered trademark of the applicant, as indicated by the letter "R" placed above the last letter ("a") of the word Siarkowa in a black border on a white background. Under the name of the product series there is an inscription giving the name and type of the product placed in the packaging, printed in different sizes of capital letters in two lines in red and orange on a turquoise background. Below it is further information about the product in Polish and English, printed in black and white capital letters of different sizes and types of fonts on a turquoise and red and orange background, on which there is a cream horizontal rectangle also with information about the product. At the bottom of the front, display wall of the packaging there is the manufacturer's logo in the form of a graphic and the words barwa cosmetics, which is a registered trademark of the applicant in white. The side walls adjacent to the front display wall of the packaging have basic information about the product on their surfaces in small black and white font on the wall located on the left side of the front wall, while on the wall on the right side at the top there is text in small black font with the full composition of the product, and at the bottom of the wall there is the capacity of the package, the origin of the product, full manufacturer's data in white with pink PL 27478 3 size and type font, and in a white rectangle there is the barcode of the product in black, above which there is an advertising inscription in English in the same color, underlined with an orange arrow running to the left. The back wall of the packaging contains cream rectangles, in which in small black print in several languages, including Polish, there is the required, useful and necessary information about the product and its advantages, as well as the method of use. In the upper corners of the cream rectangles there are round blue pictograms with drawings on a white background referring to the content of the cream rectangles. The upper wall of the packaging contains an inscription with the name of the product series repeated from the front wall on a white background, while the lower wall has a white rectangle surrounded by a wide red-orange frame. All walls of the packaging have places and elements marked with broken continuous lines that allow for easy assembly and folding of the packaging. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 of the attached illustration, presenting in unfolded form a packaging intended for a moisturizing sulfur cream, has the form of a cuboid cardboard box, all walls of which are rectangles. The display, front wall and the adjacent side walls as well as the back wall of the box have a background depicting a panoramic view of a mountain range, the upper part of which is light blue and the lower parts are various shades of turquoise and red-orange from dark to bright orange, on the background of which there are drawings of tropical plants, shrubs and trees in shades of the background color. On the front, display wall of the packaging, the inscription of the product series is placed at the top on a light blue background, consisting of the words placed one below the other: BARWA Siarkowa, with the word BARWA written horizontally in large, dominant capital letters in red-orange and the word Siarkowa placed diagonally below it written in handwritten, ornamental black script. The upper part of the letters of the word Siarkowa overlaps the lower part of the letters of the word BARWA. The words: BARWA Siarkowa are the registered trademark of the applicant, as indicated by the letter "R" in a black border on a white background placed above the last letter ("a") of the word Siarkowa. Under the name of the product series, the name and type of the product contained in the packaging are placed in two lines: SULPHUR CREAM MOISTURIZING made in various sizes of red and orange capital letters on a turquoise background. Under the product name there is an informational inscription written in black capital letters: "ANTI-ACNE CARE" below which in a cream horizontal rectangle there is text advertising the advantages of the product in black font of various types and sizes. Below at the bottom on a red and orange background with marked tropical vegetation there is an inscription in English in white capital letters of various sizes: MOISTURISING SULPHUR CREAM ANTI ACNE CARE At the very bottom of the front, display wall of the packaging there is the manufacturer's logo in white consisting of graphics and the words: BARWA COSMETICS, which is the manufacturer's registered trademark. On the wall adjacent to the front wall on the left side there is basic information about the product at the top in small black font on a light blue and turquoise background and below, on a background in a different shade of turquoise and red-orange, there are also information texts in small white font. The information is in several foreign languages. Situated on the right side of the wall, it has at the top text containing the product composition in small black font on a light blue and turquoise background. PL 27478 4 At the bottom of the right side of the packaging, on a dark turquoise and red-orange background, there is the capacity of the packaging, the origin of the product, full information about the product, all in white font of different size and type. Also at the bottom, in a white rectangle, there is a black barcode of the product, above which there is an inscription in English: # CALM DOWN WE CARE in orange, underlined by an arrow running to the left in the same color. The rear wall of the packaging, adjacent to the right wall, has two differently sized rectangles with a cream background, one below the other, containing the required, useful and essential information about the product, its advantages and the method of use. In the upper corners of the cream rectangles, there are round blue pictograms with drawings on a white background referring to the content found in the cream rectangles. The upper wall of the packaging is also in the shape of a rectangle, the background of which is white with the inscription of the product series name located in its central part, identical to the one placed on the front-display wall: "BARWA Siarkowa". The lower wall of the packaging has a white rectangle in the middle, in which additional information related to the product can be placed, e.g. its expiration date. The white rectangle in the lower wall is surrounded by a wide red-orange frame. The second version of the packaging shown in Fig. 2 has an inscription specifying the name and type of the product under the inscription with the name of the product series located at the top of the front-display wall: KREM SUROWY MATUJACY and under the creamy horizontal rectangle an inscription in English: MATTIFYING SULPHUR CREAM ANTI ACNE CARE. The third version of the packaging shown in Fig. 3 has under the inscription with the name of the product series located at the top of the front display wall, there is an inscription specifying the name and type of the product placed in the packaging: MYDLO SARKOWE Under the cream horizontal rectangle there is an inscription in English: SULPHUR SOAP ANTI – ACNE CARE On the back wall of the packaging there are three horizontal rectangles of different sizes, one below the other, with a cream background and orange pictograms placed in the upper corners. Under the last, smallest cream rectangle at the bottom, there is further information related to the product written in small white capitals.
