Rectangular cardboard boxes with informational inscriptions and decorative and graphic elements on their walls are known. Known packaging varies in size and form, the dimensions of individual walls, backgrounds, colors, and the content of the inscriptions and graphic elements on the walls of these packages. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested particularly in the colors of the entire package and the background of individual walls, with marked lines and elements facilitating assembly and folding of the packaging, as well as in its graphic layout and the mutual arrangement of verbal and graphic elements. Cosmetic product packaging based on the industrial design is shown in collective illustrative material and individual figures of its variations, in an unfolded form with marked lines and elements facilitating assembly and folding of the package, in which: Fig. 1 – shows an unfolded view of the packaging intended for moisturizing sulfur cream; Fig. 2 – shows an unfolded view of the packaging intended for mattifying sulfur cream; Fig. 3 – shows an unfolded view of the packaging intended for sulfur bar soap; Fig. 4 shows an unfolded view of the packaging for a sulfur spot serum. The industrial design of cosmetic product packaging is characterized by its cuboid shape, with all walls being rectangles. The front, display, side, and back walls of the packaging box have a background depicting a multicolored mountain range at its foot, with images of tropical vegetation, shrubs, and trees. The background of these walls is light blue at the top, and turquoise in various shades below, while the bottom is a red-orange color ranging from dark to bright orange. All packaging variants on the front display wall have an inscription at the top on a light blue background, which is the name of the product, consisting of the words BARWA Siarkowa placed one below the other, with the word BARWA written horizontally in large, dominant, red-orange capital letters, and the word Siarkowa placed diagonally below it written in handwritten, decorative black lettering, with the upper part of the letters of the word Siarkowa overlapping the lower part of the letters of the word BARWA. The words Barwa Siarkowa are a registered trademark of the applicant, as indicated by the letter "R" placed above the last letter ("a") of the word Siarkowa in a black border on a white background. Beneath the product series name is an inscription stating the name and type of product contained within the packaging, printed in two lines of varying sizes in red and orange capital letters on a turquoise background. Below this is further product information in Polish and English, printed in black and white capital letters of varying sizes and fonts on turquoise and red and orange backgrounds, on which a cream horizontal rectangle also contains product information. At the bottom of the front, display wall of the packaging is the manufacturer's logo in the form of a graphic and the words "barwa cosmetics," a registered trademark of the applicant, in white. The side walls adjacent to the front display wall of the packaging feature basic product information in small black and white font on the left-hand side of the front wall. The top wall on the right-hand side features text in small black font with the full product composition. At the bottom of the wall, the packaging capacity, product origin, and full manufacturer information are provided in white and pink fonts (PL 27478 3 sizes and types). A black product barcode is placed in a white rectangle, above which is an advertising text in English, underlined to the left by an orange arrow. The back wall of the packaging features cream-colored rectangles in which the required, useful, and essential information about the product, its benefits, and instructions for use are provided in small black font in several languages, including Polish. The upper corners of the cream-colored rectangles feature circular blue pictograms with drawings on a white background, reflecting the content of the cream-colored rectangles. The top wall of the packaging features the product series name, repeated on a white background from the front wall, while the bottom wall features a white rectangle surrounded by a wide red-orange frame. All sides of the packaging are marked with continuous dashed lines to facilitate easy assembly and folding. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 of the attached illustration, which depicts an unfolded packaging for a moisturizing sulfur cream, is a rectangular box with all sides being rectangles. The display front wall and the adjacent side walls, as well as the back wall of the box, feature a background depicting a panoramic view of a mountain range, the upper part of which is light blue, while the lower parts are colored various shades of turquoise and a red-orange color ranging from dark to bright orange, against which are drawings of tropical vegetation, shrubs, and trees in shades of the background color. On the display front wall of the packaging, at the top against a light blue background, is the product series inscription, consisting of the words BARWA Siarkowa, placed one above the other, with the word BARWA written horizontally in large, dominant red-orange capital letters, and the word Siarkowa placed diagonally below it in decorative handwriting in black. Under the product series name, in two lines, there is the name and type of the product contained in the packaging: MOISTURIZING SULPHUR CREAM, written in various sizes of red and orange capital letters on a turquoise background. Under the product name, there is an informational inscription in black capital letters: "ANTI-ACNE CARE", below which, in a creamy horizontal rectangle, there is text advertising the product's benefits, written in various sizes and types of black font. Below, on a red-orange background with tropical vegetation, is an inscription in English in variously sized, all-caps white font: MOISTURISING SULPHUR CREAM ANTI ACNE CARE. At the very bottom of the front, display wall of the packaging, is the manufacturer's white logo, consisting of a graphic and the words: BARWA COSMETICS, which is the manufacturer's registered trademark. On the left side of the wall adjacent to the front wall, basic product information is located at the top, in small black font on a light blue and turquoise background. Below, also on a different shade of turquoise and a red-orange background, is informational text in small white font. The information is provided in several foreign languages. Located on the right side of the wall, it features text at the top containing the product's ingredients in small black font on a light blue and turquoise background. The rear side of the packaging, adjacent to the right side, features two differently sized rectangles with a cream background, arranged one below the other, containing required, useful, and essential information about the product, its benefits, and instructions for use. In the upper corners of the cream-colored rectangles are circular blue pictograms with drawings on a white background, referencing the content within the cream-colored rectangles. The top wall of the packaging is also rectangular, with a white background and the product series name inscribed in the center, identical to the one on the front display wall: "BARWA Siarkowa." The bottom wall of the packaging has a white rectangle in the center, which can optionally hold additional information related to the product, such as its expiration date. The white rectangle on the bottom wall is surrounded by a wide red-orange frame. The second packaging variant shown in Fig. 2 has, under the inscription with the name of the product series located at the top of the front-display wall, an inscription specifying the name and type of the product: KREM SULPHUROWY MATUJACY and, under a creamy horizontal rectangle, an inscription in English: MATTIFYING SULPHUR CREAM ANTI ACNE CARE. The third packaging variant shown in Fig. 3 has, under the inscription with the name of the product series located at the top of the front-display wall, an inscription specifying the name and type of the product contained in the package: MYDLO SULPHOWE. Under the creamy horizontal rectangle, there is an inscription in English: SULPHUR SOAP ANTI – ACNE CARE. On the back wall of the packaging, there are three horizontal rectangles of different sizes, arranged one above the other, with a creamy background and orange pictograms in the upper corners. Beneath the last, smallest, cream-colored rectangle at the bottom is further product-related information written in small white capital letters. The fourth packaging variant, shown in Fig. 4, unfolded vertically with horizontal lettering, has the name and type of product contained within the package under the product series name: SULPHUR POINT SERUM. And beneath the cream-colored rectangle is the inscription: SULPHUR SERUM ANTI-ACNE CARE. The back of the packaging contains three different-sized cream-colored rectangles with round orange pictograms in the upper corners.
