The essence of the novelty and originality of the cosmetic product packaging is its shape, surface properties and, above all, graphic layout, colors and lettering. The packaging of the cosmetic product in a jar is shown in the attached illustration showing the packaging in an unfolded form. The packaging according to the industrial design has the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a low cuboid with expressive colors with distinctive graphic elements and lettering. The essential features of the cosmetic product packaging are that all the walls of the packaging have a white background in the upper half of their part, while the lower half of the walls have a shaded background, presenting a distant panorama of mountain ranges in blue, with each range having a different shade of blue. On the front front wall of the packaging, at the top, on a white background, there is an inscription consisting of the words BARWA Siarkowa, which is the name of the product series and is the manufacturer's registered trademark No. 281173 in the Polish Patent Office. The words BARWA Siarkowa are placed one below the other. The word BARWA, located above, is written horizontally in capital letters with relatively large letter sizes, in orange with a shaded bluish outline of the letters. The word Siarkowe, with the letter R circled, is written diagonally upwards, in stylized handwriting in black, with a shaded bluish outline of the letters giving the impression of three-dimensionality. Below the name of the product and additional descriptions, already against the background of blue mountain ranges, in a blue rectangular horizontal frame with a light blue background, there is an inscription in English written in large black letters: CALM DOWN, WE CARE! and below it is information about the product's features, written in small printed gray letters in Polish. Below the rectangular frame with the inscription in English, also against the background of a blue mountain range, there is also an inscription in English in white capital letters: SOOTHING SULPHUR CREAM WITH ALOE VERA and below it in smaller, also white letters, there is an inscription: GENTLE SKIN CARE PRONE TO ACNE. And lower down at the very bottom of the front wall of the packaging is the manufacturer's logo in white. In the upper right corners and left corner of the frames, there are round pictograms referring to the content of the information in the frames. The information, made in small black font, is provided in Polish and English. The left side wall of the packaging contains at the top on a white background information about the product written in small black font, in several languages, and below on a blue background of mountain ranges, there is further information for users of the product in several languages written in small white font. The right side of the packaging has at the top on a white background, printed in small black font, text giving the composition of the product contained in the package. Below, against the background of bluish mountain ranges on the left side of the wall, the capacity of the package contents is given, and below that, the origin of the product and full manufacturer data. Everything is printed in white. On the right side at the bottom, there is a product code in black on a white background. At the top of the code, there is an inscription in English in light orange, with a cross and underlined by an arrow, consisting of the words: CALM DOWN WE CARE.
