PL 25131 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta zestawu kosmetyków do etapowej, prowadzonej w okreslonej kolejnosci, pielegnacji, mlodej cery nastolatków. Etykieta wedlug wzoru znajduje zastosowanie w oznaczaniu jednostkowych opakowan w formie butelek, sloików, saszetek, tub a takze kartoników, zawierajacych dobrany dla danego etapu pielegnacyjnego rodzaj kosmetyku. Nowa oryginalna i indywidualna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ukladzie graficznym, kolorystyce, liternictwie oraz rozmieszczeniu elementów obrazowych i slownych wzorowanych czesciowo na symbolice z gier komputerowych. Ostatnie litery nazwy, w tym litera „O" majaca ksztalt nieregularnego, zdeformowanego pierscienia z bialym trójkatem w srodku sa w innym kolorze. Biala strzalka w literze „O", symbolizuje znak „PLAY" z gier komputerowych. Pod nazwa serii, z lewej strony znajduje sie wyraz LEVEL wykonany wersalikami czarna czcionka, ponizej którego jest kolorowe kólko , w którym umieszczona jest biala cyfra oznaczajaca kolejny etap („gry") pielegnacji cery. Pod nazwa SKINON na tle kolorowej plamy znajduje sie rysunek wykonany czarna kreska pod którym jest wyraz lub wyrazy odnoszace sie do kolejnego etapu pielegnacji cery. Ponizej, pomiedzy poziomymi liniami podana jest nazwa rodzaju produktu i jego zastosowanie. Teksty informacyjno-reklamowe wykonane sa drobna zwykla czcionka. Przed i za tymi tekstami umieszczone sa kolorowe, nieregularne owalne plamki, na których umieszczone sa wykonane bialym nieregularnym pismem zblizonym do drukowanego odnosne napisy informacyjne. Pod rysunkiem jest napis: JELLY CHALANGE, pod którym pomiedzy dwoma poziomymi liniami znajduje dwupoziomowy napis skladajacy sie ze slów u góry: maseczka zelowa i ponizej nawilzenie i regeneracja. Pod ostatnia dolna linia umieszczony jest napis w jezyku angielskim: jelly mask – moisturising and regeneration a ponizej wyraz NIGHT poprzedzony niebiesko-bialym ozdobnikiem. Natomiast na drugiej tylnej scianie etykiety, teksty informacyjno-reklamowe posiadaja niektóre wyrazy w kolorze zóltym. Na tle tej plamy umieszczony jest rysunek wienca dla zwyciezcy, z szarfami i cyfra 1 w srodku, wykonany czarna kreska. Ponizej rysunku umieszczony jest napis: MISSION COMPLETE, pod którym pomiedzy dwoma poziomymi liniami jest dwupoziomowy napis: u góry: krem – odzywka a pod spodem: z efektem second skin. Szósta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na Fig. 6 przedstawia etykiete w ksztalcie rozlozonego w ukladzie pionowym kartonika, który na przedniej, frontowej scianie ma u góry napis SKINON. Ostatnie litery tego napisu w tym pierscieniowo-owalna litera „O" w kolorze rózowego pudru. Pod nazwa serii SKINON, umieszczone kólko z biala cyfra 5 jest w kolorze turkusowym. Ponizej na nieregularnej plamie w kolorze rózowego pudru umieszczony jest rysunek wienca z szarfami i cyfra 1 dla zwyciezcy „gry pielegnacyjnej" wykonany czarna kreska. Pod nim jest napis: MISSION COMPLETE, a nizej pomiedzy dwoma liniami umieszczone sa w dwuwierszu slowa: krem – odzywka, w pierwszym i z efektem second skin w drugim wierszu, zas pod ostatnia linia w jezyku angielskim: face conditioning cream w pierwszym wierszu i w drugim: with second skin effect. Pod nazwa serii znajduje sie nieregularna zdeformowana owalna plama w kolorze turkusowym, na której jest dwupoziomowy napis: WEJDZ DO GRY, wykonany ozdobna biala czcionka wersalikami. Pod turkusowa plama usytuowana jest nieregularna plama w kolorze rózowego pudru z wykonanym czarna kreska rysunkiem wienca dla zwyciezcy. Ponizej umieszczone sa w czterech rzedach turkusowe gwiazdki, obok których sa napisy informacyjne. Ponizej gwiazdek znajduja sie czarne litery Load z wielokropkiem, pod którymi umieszczony jest prostokatnie wydluzony pas w kolorze turkusowo-popielatym. Na tylnej i drugiej bocznej scianie kartonika znajduja teksty informacyjno-reklamowe pisane zwykla czcionka w kilku jezykach. The label according to the design is used to mark individual packages in the form of bottles, jars, sachets, tubes and also cartons, containing a type of cosmetic selected for a given care stage. The new, original and individual form of the industrial design is manifested in its graphic layout, colours, lettering and the arrangement of pictorial and verbal elements partially modelled on the symbolism from computer games. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a label for a package containing a cosmetic for cleansing the skin, starting the first stage of comprehensive skin care; Fig. 2 - shows the second variation of the label for a package containing a gel used for washing and exfoliating the epidermis, in the second stage of the care process; Fig. 3 - shows the third variation of the label for a package with an antibacterial tonic that normalizes, refreshes and moisturizes the complexion, in the third stage of skin care; Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variation of the label for a package containing a gel mask used for moisturizing and regenerating the skin in the fourth stage of skin care; Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variation of the label for a package containing a cream-conditioner for achieving a matte appearance of the skin prepared for make-up in the fifth, final stage of skin care; Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variation of the label for a package in the shape of an unfolded cardboard box for a tube of a nourishing cream for preparing the skin for make-up, which is the last, final stage of skin care. The subject of the industrial design in the form of a cosmetics set label is shown in the attached illustrative material. The cosmetics set label according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has the form of rectangles placed on the front and back walls of each type of packaging. The front wall of all types of label has the name of the cosmetic series at the top, which is the word: SKINON, written in decorative, stylized capital letters, with the first letters of the name in black. The last letters of the name, including the letter "O" in the shape of an irregular, deformed ring with a white triangle in the middle, are in a different color. The white arrow in the letter "O" symbolizes the "PLAY" sign from computer games. Under the name of the series, on the left side, there is the word LEVEL written in black capital letters, below which there is a colored circle, in which a white number is placed indicating the next stage ("game") of skin care. Under the name SKINON on the background of a colored spot there is a drawing made in black line under which there is a word or words referring to the next stage of skin care. Below, between horizontal lines there is the name of the type of product and its application. Under the lower horizontal line there is an inscription in English made in small black font with the name and application of the product, under which there is information in English in the form of the words DAY, NIGHT written in capital letters in decorative black font, between which there is a blue and white ornament and below there is information about the content of one hundred percent prebiotic in the cosmetic. At the very bottom of the front, rectangular wall of the label there is the logo and name of the manufacturer, which is a trademark registered in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under the number 302836. On the back side of the rectangular label, there are information and advertising texts, separated thematically by horizontal black lines. The information and advertising texts are made in small, regular font. Before and after these texts, there are colored, irregular oval spots, on which the relevant information inscriptions are placed, made in white, irregular lettering similar to printed. Between the last horizontal black lines, further information is provided and there are colored solid and colored outline stars in two rows and levels, informing about the product features. Under the last black horizontal line there is also information about the product, and under it at the very bottom of the label there is full manufacturer data, the capacity of the packaging is given and the product code is placed, in the upper right corner of which there is a decorative drawing referring to the stage of the "care game". PL 25131 3 Essential features of the industrial design The label of a set of cosmetics intended for the step-by-step care of young skin of teenagers, according to the industrial design has the following essential features: The first version of the label shown in Fig. 1 has the form of rectangles, in which the front wall has the name of the series at the top consisting of the word: SKINON, made in decorative, stylized letters. The first letters of the name of the series are in black. The last letters of the name, including the letter: "O" in the shape of an irregular, deformed ring, with a white triangle in the middle - imitating an arrow, are in turquoise. The white arrow in the turquoise letter "O" symbolizes the PLAY sign from computer games. Under the name of the series, there is the word LEVEL below which, on the right side, there is an orange circle with a white number 1 indicating the first stage starting the skin care process. Below the name of the series, there is a turquoise irregular spot on which there is a drawing of a cup made with a thin black line and under it, written in capital letters, the word: MASTERS. At the bottom, between two horizontal black lines, there is an inscription: micellar water, and below it the word cleansing. Under the last black line, there are inscriptions in English: micellar water - cleansing and below them the words: DAY, NIGHT separated by a blue and white ornament, there is also information about the content of a hundred percent prebiotic in the cosmetic. At the very bottom of the front wall of the label, there is a logo with the name manufacturer, which is a registered trademark in the Polish Patent Office under No. 302836. Meanwhile, the rear rectangular wall of the label, on a white background, contains informational and advertising texts of the product, written in small, regular font in black and, here and there, turquoise. Individual parts of these texts are separated by horizontal black lines, and behind and in front of them are placed irregular, deformed spots in orange with white advertising and informational inscriptions, made in stylized capital letters. Below the informational and advertising texts, between two horizontal lines, there is information in Polish and English about the method of using the product, below which are placed in two rows and levels full and with an outline turquoise stars, next to which there is information about the features of the product. Under the last black line there is text in Polish and English giving the composition and use of the product. At the very bottom of the back wall of the label there is from the left: full manufacturer data, package capacity and the product barcode with a stylized drawing of a crown placed in its upper right corner. The second version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has the last letters of the name: SKINON, including the ring-shaped oval letter "O" in orange. Under the name of the series, there is a circle with a white number 2 in brown. The irregular spot below the name of the series is orange. On the background of the spot, there is a drawing of hands holding joysticks made with a black line. Under the drawing, there is an inscription: MULTIPLAYER made in capital letters in black decorative writing. Between the two horizontal lines, there is a two-level information text: peeling gel 3 in 1 written in medium-sized black font at the top and at the bottom: washing and exfoliation made in small font. Below the horizontal line, there is text in English: scrub gel 3 in 1 - cleansing and scrubbing. On the other back side of the label, there are information and advertising texts have some words in orange. Irregular spots located before and after the information texts are brown. Two-level stars are orange. In the upper right corner of the product barcode there are fancy drawings of elements from computer games. The third variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the last letters of the name: SKINON, including the ring-shaped oval letter "O" in burgundy. Under the name of the series, there is a circle with a white number 3 in yellow. Below the name of the series, there is an irregular spot in burgundy. Against the background of the burgundy spot, there is a drawing made with a black line showing a person looking at a computer screen. Below the drawing, there are the words: LEVEL HARD, below which, between two horizontal lines, there is a two-level inscription: antibacterial tonic, at the top and below: normalization. Below the horizontal line PL 25131 4, there are inscriptions in English: tonic water – normalizing and below the word NIGHT, before which there is a white and blue ornament. The two-level stars are yellow. The upper right corner of the product barcode has decorative fanciful drawings. The fourth variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the last letters of the name: SKINON, including the annular-oval letter "O" in yellow. Under the name of the series, there is a circle with a white number 4 in orange. The irregular spot below the name of the series is yellow. Against the background of the yellow irregular spot, there is a drawing of playing cards with the letter D made in black. Under the drawing, there is an inscription: JELLY CHALANGE, under which, between two horizontal lines, there is a two-level inscription consisting of the words at the top: gel mask and below it: moisturising and regeneration. Under the last bottom line, there is an inscription in English: jelly mask - moisturising and regeneration and below it the word NIGHT preceded by a blue and white ornament. On the other back side of the label, information and advertising texts have some words in yellow. The irregular spots before and after the information texts are yellow. The four-level rows of stars are also yellow. In the upper right corner of the product barcode there are drawings of playing cards. The fifth variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the last letters of the name: SKINON, including the ring-shaped oval letter "O" in powder pink. Under the name of the series, a circle with a white number 5 is in turquoise. The irregular spot below the name of the series is in the colour of pink powder. On the background of this spot, there is a drawing of a wreath for the winner, with ribbons and the number 1 in the middle, made with a black line. Below the drawing, there is an inscription: MISSION COMPLETE, under which between two horizontal lines there is a two-level inscription: at the top: cream - conditioner and underneath: with second skin effect. Under the bottom line, there is text in English: face conditioning cream with second skin effect. On the other hand, on the other back wall of the label, the irregular spots located before and behind the information and advertising texts are in pink. powder. Two-level rows of stars are turquoise. The sixth version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 shows a label in the shape of a vertically unfolded cardboard box, which has the SKINON inscription at the top on the front wall. Below it is the inscription: MISSION COMPLETE, and lower down between two lines there are the words in a couplet: cream – conditioner, in the first line and with second skin effect in the second line, and under the last line in English: face conditioning cream in the first line and in the second: with second skin effect. On the side wall of the box, there is also an inscription with the name of the series: SKINON, the last letters of which, including the ring-shaped - oval letter "O", are in the color of pink powder. Under the name of the series, there is an irregular, deformed oval spot in turquoise, on which there is a two-level inscription: WEJDZ DO GRY, made in decorative white capital letters. Under the turquoise spot, there is an irregular spot in the color of pink powder with a drawing of a wreath for the winner made in black line. Below, there are turquoise stars in four rows, next to which there are information inscriptions. Below the stars, there are black letters Load with an ellipsis, below which there is a rectangular elongated strip in turquoise and ash color. On the back and the other side wall of the box, there are information and advertising texts written in plain font in several languages. On the closing tab located above the front wall of the box there is the name of the series: SKINON, the last letters of which, including the ring-shaped-oval letter "O" with a white arrow, are in the color of pink powder.
