The essence of the industrial design is its new, individual form manifested in the features of lines, contours and shapes as well as the background colours of the surface, graphic design and the arrangement and arrangement of inscriptions. The packaging for the specialist bar of dermatological soap is shown in the attached illustration showing the packaging in an unfolded state, top view. The packaging occurs in one version. Essential features of the industrial design The industrial design being the packaging for the bar of soap is characterised by the fact that it is in the form of a vertical cuboid cardboard box, all the walls of which are rectangles in a vertical arrangement, with horizontal inscriptions and marked assembly lines. The surface of all external walls of the packaging has a black background with gold and gray reflections and spots of various shapes scattered chaotically across the entire surface of the packaging, illuminating the dark surface of the packaging. The packaging has on its front display wall with a black background illuminated by gold and black spots a vertically placed rectangle with a white background with black horizontal inscriptions presenting the product contained in the packaging. At the top of this rectangle there is an English-language inscription of the product name: "DERMATOLOGICAL SOAP" in medium-sized capital letters, underlined by a horizontal line made of black dots. Below the dotted line there is the name of the product in large capital letters in three lines lying one below the other: MYDLO DERMATO LOGICZNE, under which there are inscriptions separated by a plus sign defining some of the product's ingredients: "WITAMINA E + SQUALANE" in medium-sized capital letters in black, also underlined by a horizontal dotted line. Adjacent to the right side of the display wall, the side wall contains information text in Polish and English, providing information on the method of use, research and advantages of using the product. Below the information text, all data on the manufacturer and origin of the product are provided, and the capacity of the packaging is displayed vertically. All inscriptions are in white. Below the information, a black product barcode is placed in a white rectangle with two white drawings of falling drops of different sizes located on the right side of the upper horizontal wall of the code. The upper wall adjacent to the display wall of the packaging has a horizontal rectangle surrounded by a frame in the form of white dots on a black illuminated background, in which there is an inscription with the name of the product in English and its main ingredients and advantages, made in black print of different types and sizes. The bottom wall of the packaging has an identical background, it has a white horizontal rectangle surrounded by a frame made of white dots, in which there is a three-line inscription made in small black print specifying the expiry date of the product in Polish, English and Spanish. The back wall, adjacent to the right side wall of the packaging, has a vertical wide white rectangle on a black background, illuminated by gold and gray spots, containing basic information about skin care and the advantages of the product that allows for the care of every type of skin of the body. The information is made in small white font and the multilingual texts are separated by a short horizontal black line. Below the white rectangle on a black background, there is a list of the product's ingredients in white print. On the other hand, the side wall adjacent to the display front wall on the left side, with a black background illuminated with golden and grey irregular reflections, has on almost the entire surface a horizontal text in small white print in Spanish containing detailed information, useful for the user of the product, indicating how to use it and the benefits resulting from its use.
