Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw etykiet na opakowania majace ksztalt owalnych pojemników z nasadkami a takze butelek z dozownikiem zawierajacych plynne kosmetyki szczególnie przydatne do mycia i pielegnacji cery podatnej na tradzik. Oryginalnosc i nowosc zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w oryginalnym ukladzie slowno-graficznym, jego rozmieszczeniu oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety przeznaczonej na opakowanie w ksztal- cie owalnego pojemnika z zamykajaca nasadka zawierajacego Siarkowy Tonik Zluszczajacy; Fig. 2 – przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety przeznaczonej na opakowanie w ksztalcie owalnego pojemnika z zamykajaca nasadka przeznaczonego na Siarkowy Tonik Matujacy; Fig. 3 – pokazuje trzecia odmiane etykiety na opakowanie w ksztalcie owalnej butelki z dozownikiem zawierajacej Mydlo Siarkowe w plynie; Fig. 4 – przedstawia kontr etykiete opakowania i pokazanego na Fig. 3, zawierajaca nie- zbedne wszelkie informacje o produkcie i jego wytwory. Natomiast na umownej tylnej czesci etykiety sa podane wszystkie szczególowe informacje o produkcie i jego wy- twórcy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Przedstawiona na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 1 etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na owalne opakowanie z zamykajaca nasadka zawierajace siarkowy tonik zluszczajacy, ma ksztalt prostokata o jednolitym jaskrawo pomaranczowym tle z umieszczonym u góry poziomym waskim pasem w kolorze nasyconej niebieskiej zieleni. Czolowa, ekspozycyjna czesc etykiety ma u góry na poziomym waskim pasie o tle nasyconej niebieskiej zieleni napis nazwy serii produktów zglaszajacego: BARWA SIARKOWA wykonany drukowanymi wersalikami. Pod nazwa i rodzajem produktu znajduje sie waski poziomy pas w kolorze nasyconej niebieskiej zielem, na którym jest napis: BEZALKOHOLOWY, wykonany równiez wersalikami. Natomiast ponizej sa podane w pieciu poziomych wierszach nazwy poszczególnych skladników produktu: BIOAKTYWNA SIARKA KWAS GLIKOLOWY KWAS MLEKOWY NIACYNAMID CICA oraz nazwa i rodzaj produktu w jezyku angielskim. U samego dolu czolowej ekspozycyjnej czesci jest umieszczone logo producenta, bedace za- strzezonym znakiem towarowym zglaszajacego. Pokazana po prawej stronie zalaczonej ilustracji Fig. 1 kontr-etykieta, posiada u góry na nasyco- nym niebiesko zielonym tle napis: BARWA SIARKOWA a ponizej na usytuowanej z tylu opakowania kontr-etykiecie umieszczone sa kolejno informacje: o zaletach produktu, jego skladzie i pochodzeniu skladników oraz ich dzialanie, sposób stosowania produktu i jego termin przydatnosci, wszystko w jezyku polskim i kilku jezykach obcych. Pod przydatnym, niezbednym i wymaganym tekstem informacyjnym jest umieszczone po lewej stronie logo i wszelkie dane producenta a nastepnie podana jest pojemnosc opakowania oraz kod kre- skowy produktu z napisem u góry: BARWA SIARKOWA. Wszystkie napisy na calej etykiecie wykonane sa drukiem róznego rodzaju i wielkosci w kolorze bialym. Druga odmiana etykiety przedstawiona na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 2 ma równiez ksztalt prostokata z jednolitym jaskrawo pomaranczowym tlem, na którym u góry jest waski w kolorze nasyco- nej niebieskiej zieleni pas z napisem nazwy serii produktów zglaszajacego, zas ponizej jest umiesz- czony, wykonany cienka biala linia prostokat z litera „S" posrodku, liczba atomowy siarki w lewym gór- nym rogu oraz napisem Sulfur oraz cyfra masy atomowej siarki. Pod prostokatem z litera „S" znajduje sie dwuwierszowy napis nazwy produktu SIARKOWY TONIK MATUJACY. Nastepnie podane jest przeznaczenie produktu: PIELEGNACJA ANTYTRADZIKOWA oraz jego sklad w kliku usytuowanych jeden pod drugim wierszach: BIOAKTYWNA SIARKA KOMPLEKS KWASÓW AHA ALKOHOL EKSTRAKTY OWOCOWE ANTI-ACNE CARE a takze nazwa produktu w jezyku angielskim. Znajdujaca sie po prawej stronie ilustracji Fig. 2 umieszczana z umownego tylu opakowania, czesc informacyjna etykiety zawiera wszelkie niezbedne, przydatne i wymagane informacje o znajduja- cym sie w opakowaniu siarkowym toniku matujacym, okreslajace jego zalety, skladniki ich dzialanie, sposób stosowania, w jezyku polskim i w kilku jezykach obcych. Podane sa takze wszelkie dane produ- centa, pojemnosc opakowania i jego kod kreskowy. Wszystkie napisy na calej etykiecie wykonane sa pismem drukowanym róznej wielkosci i rodzaju w kolorze bialym. Pozostale elementy etykiety pokaza- nej na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 2 sa jak to ujawniono w opisie Fig. 1 zalaczonej ilustracji. Pozostale elementy etykiety sa identyczne z uwidocznionymi na ilustracjach czesci ekspozycyjnych etykiet opisanych na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Fig. 4 przedstawia ilustracje kontr-etykiety przeznaczonej do umieszczania na umownej tylnej scianie opakowania zawierajacego MYDLO SIARKOWE do PIELEGNACJI ANTYTRADZIKOWEJ. Powierzchnia kontr-etykiety ma zarys prostokata z jednolitym jaskrawo pomaranczowym tlem, z waskim pasem w kolorze nasyconej niebieskiej zieleni i napisem z nazwa serii produktów zglaszaja- cego u góry: BARWA SIARKOWA. Ponizej umieszczone sa wszystkie wymagane, niezbedne i przydatne informacje o znajdujacym sie w opakowaniu produkcie w postaci mydla siarkowego w plynie. Podane sa jego zalety, skutecznosc dzialania, sklad produktu, a takze wszelkie dane o producencie, pojemnosc opakowania a takze kod kreskowy produktu z nazwa serii u góry. Znajdujace sie na kontr-etykiecie informacje wykonane sa róznego rodzaju i wielkosci czcionka, drukiem w kolorze bialym. Pozostale elementy kontr-etykiety jak w przypadku czesci informacyjnych etykiet opisanych i ilustrowanych jako Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of labels for packaging in the shape of oval containers with caps as well as bottles with a dispenser containing liquid cosmetics particularly useful for washing and caring for skin prone to acne. The originality and novelty of the submitted industrial design is manifested in the original word-graphic arrangement, its arrangement and colours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label intended for packaging in the shape of an oval container with a closing cap containing Sulphur Exfoliating Toner; Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label intended for packaging in the shape of an oval container with a closing cap intended for Sulphur Mattifying Toner; Fig. 3 – shows the third version of the label for the packaging in the shape of an oval bottle with a dispenser containing liquid Sulfur Soap; Fig. 4 – shows the counter-label of the packaging shown in Fig. 3, containing all necessary information about the product and its products. Labels according to the industrial design are characterized by the fact that they have the shape of a rectangle with a single-color background in bright orange with a narrow horizontal strip in saturated blue-green at the top, with inscriptions with the name of the product series and also presenting on the front, front, display part the product contained in the packaging. On the other hand, on the conventional back part of the label all detailed information about the product and its manufacturer is provided. Essential features of the industrial design: The label shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 1, intended to be applied to an oval package with a closing cap containing a sulfur exfoliating tonic, has the shape of a rectangle with a uniform bright orange background with a horizontal narrow stripe in a saturated blue-green color placed at the top. The front, display part of the label has at the top, on a horizontal narrow stripe with a saturated blue-green background, an inscription of the name of the applicant's product series: BARWA SIARKOWA, written in capital letters. Under the name of the product series on a bright orange background there is a rectangle made of a thin white line, in the upper left corner of which there is the number 16 / i.e. the atomic number of sulfur / in the center of the rectangle there is a large letter "S", and at the bottom of the rectangle there is the word Sulfur and the numbers 3207 / i.e. the atomic mass of sulfur. Below there is a two-line inscription containing the name and type of the product: SULPHUR EXFOLIANT TONIC made in capital letters. Below the name and type of the product there is a narrow horizontal strip in a saturated blue-green color, on which there is the inscription: ALCOHOL-FREE, also made in capital letters. Below, on the other hand, the names of the individual ingredients of the product are given in five horizontal lines: BIOACTIVE SULFUR GLYCOLIC ACID LACTIC ACID NIACINAMIDE CICA and the name and type of the product in English. At the very bottom The front display part contains the manufacturer's logo, which is the registered trademark of the applicant. The counter-label shown on the right side of the attached illustration Fig. 1 has the inscription at the top on a saturated blue-green background: BARWA SIARKOWA and below on the counter-label located at the back of the packaging there is the following information: about the advantages of the product, its composition and the origin of the ingredients and their effects, how to use the product and its expiry date, all in Polish and several foreign languages. Under the useful, necessary and required information text there is the logo and all the manufacturer's data placed on the left side and then the capacity of the package and the barcode of the product are given with the inscription at the top: BARWA SIARKOWA. All inscriptions on the entire label are made in white print of various types and sizes. The second version of the label, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2, also has the shape of a rectangle with a uniform bright orange background, on which at the top there is a narrow strip in a saturated blue-green colour with the inscription of the name of the applicant's product series, while below there is a rectangle made of a thin white line with the letter "S" in the middle, the atomic number of sulphur in the upper left corner and the inscription Sulphur and the atomic mass number of sulphur. Below the rectangle with the letter "S" there is a two-line inscription of the product name SULPHUR MATTIFIC TONER. Then the purpose of the product is given: ANTI-ACNE CARE and its composition in several lines placed one below the other: BIOACTIVE SULFUR AHA ACID COMPLEX ALCOHOL FRUIT EXTRACTS ANTI-ACNE CARE and also the name of the product in English. SULPHUR MATTYFYING TONIC. At the bottom of the front display part of the label is the manufacturer's logo, which is a registered trademark, and the capacity of the package is given as well as the product barcode with the inscription BARWA SUKOWA at the top. The information part of the label, located on the right side of the illustration Fig. 2, placed on the conventional back of the package, contains all the necessary, useful and required information about the sulphur mattifying tonic contained in the package, specifying its advantages, ingredients, their action, method of use, in Polish and several foreign languages. All manufacturer data, package capacity and its barcode are also provided. All inscriptions on the entire label are made in block letters of various sizes and types in white. The remaining elements of the label shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2 are as disclosed in the description of Fig. 1 of the attached illustration. The third version of the label for the packaging in the form of an oval bottle with a dispenser, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 3, is also in the shape of a rectangle with a uniform bright orange background, with a narrow horizontal stripe in a saturated blue-green colour at the top and an inscription with the name of the applicant's product series, under which there is a thin white line, a rectangle with the letter "S" in the middle and the atomic number and mass of sulphur and the word Sulphur. Then, successively downwards, there are inscriptions specifying the name of the product, its purpose and composition in Polish and English: MYDLO SULPHOWE PIELEGNACJA ANTYRADZIKOWA BIOAKTYWNA SULPHUR NIACINAMIDE + CICA ANTI-ACNE CARE SULPHUR SOAP. At the bottom of the front, display part of the label, there is the applicant's logo, which is the registered trademark of word-and-graphic trademark. All inscriptions on the label are made in white print of various sizes and types. The remaining label elements are identical to those shown in the illustrations of the display parts of the labels described in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 4 shows illustrations of the counter-label intended to be placed on the conventional rear wall of the packaging containing SULPHUR SOAP for ANTI-ACNE CARE. The surface of the counter-label has the outline of a rectangle with a uniform bright orange background, with a narrow strip in a saturated blue-green color and an inscription with the name of the applicant's product series at the top: SULPHUR COLOR. Below is placed all the required, necessary and useful information about the product in the packaging in the form of liquid sulphur soap. Its advantages, effectiveness, product composition are given, as well as all data about the manufacturer, packaging capacity and the product barcode with the series name at the top. The information on the counter-label is made in various types and sizes of font, printed in white.
