Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do oznaczania opakowan zwlaszcza w postaci owalnych tub zawierajacych zele kosmetyczne z siarka przeznaczone szczególnie do oczyszczania, peelingu i zluszczania cery podatnej na schorzenia tradzikowe. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie nowa charakterystyczna kompozycja gra- ficzno-tekstowa oraz kolorystyka powierzchni tla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonej ilustracji w dwóch odmianach, na której: Fig. 1 – pokazuje pierwsza odmiane etykiety przeznaczonej na opakowanie w ksztalcie tuby wypelnionej siarkowym zelem oczyszczajacym; Fig. 2 – przedstawia etykiete umieszczona na opakowaniu w ksztalcie tuby, zawierajacej zel peelingujaco – zluszczajacy. Zglaszana jako wzór przemyslowy etykieta posiada ksztalt o obrysie prostokata z wyraznym po- dzialem na frontowa czesc ekspozycyjna, prezentujaca produkt oraz czesc umieszczona na umownym tyle tuby /kontretykiete/, na której podane sa obszerne pomocne, przydatne i wymagane informacje o produkcie i jego wytwórcy. Powierzchnia etykiety posiada tlo w jednolitym kolorze z waskim pasem u góry innego koloru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pokazana na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 1 etykieta ma ksztalt o zarysie prostokata z podzialem na frontowa czesc ekspozycyjna prezentujaca znajdujacy sie w opakowaniu produkt oraz czesc bedaca kontretykieta, umieszczana z tylu opakowania informujaca o produkcie i jego wytwórcy. W centralnej czesci czolowej etykiety jest podana kolejno: nazwa produktu, jego przeznaczenie i skladniki w kilku usytuowanych jeden pod drugim wierszach: SIARKOWY ZEL OCZYSZCZAJACY BIOAKTYWNA SIARKA PROTEINY PSZENICZNE NIACYNAMID CICA oraz w jezyku angielskim nazwa i rodzaj produktu: SULPHUR CLEANSING GEL. Na samym dole jej czesci etykiety usytuowane jest logo zglaszajacego, które jest zarejestrowa- nym slowno-graficznym znakiem towarowym. Znajdujaca sie na umownym tyle opakowania kontretykieta ma u góry waski pas w kolorze nasy- conej niebieskiej zieleni, natomiast ponizej na tle w jednolitym jaskrawo pomaranczowym kolorze umieszczony jest obszerny tekst informacyjny okreslajacy: Zalety siarkowego zelu oczyszczajacego, efekty jego stosowania, korzystne dzialania zelu i jego aktywnych skladników, pochodzenie skladników produktu wszystko w jezyku polskim i angielskim. Nastepnie podana jest dokladna instrukcja stosowania produktu oraz jego sklad a takze termin przydatnosci. U dolu tej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa pelne dane wytwórcy, podana jest pojemnosc opako- wania a takze znajduje sie kod kreskowy produktu z umieszczona nad nim nazwa serii: BARWA SIARKOWA. Uwidoczniona na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 2 etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na owalnych tubach zawierajacych zel peelingujaco – zluszczajacy ma takze ksztalt o obrysie prostokata o jednolitym jaskrawo pomaranczowym tle z waskim poziomym pasem u góry w kolorze niebieskiej nie nasyconej zieleni. Druga informacyjna czesc etykiety umieszczona z tylu opakowania w ksztalcie tuby ma pod nie- biesko zielonym nasyconym pasem z napisem: „BARWA SIARKOWA" tekst podajacy zalety znajduja- cego sie w opakowaniu zelu peelingujacego 3 w 1 oraz jego dzialanie, skladniki aktywne i ich skutecz- nosc, pochodzenie tych skladników, dokladny opis stosowania tego zelu tak w jezyku polskim jak i w angielskim. Nastepnie podany jest sklad produktu i termin jego przydatnosci. Pod tymi informacjami znajduja sie pelne dane producenta oraz pojemnosc opakowania. Umieszczony jest takze kod kreskowy pro- duktu z napisem nazwy serii produktów zglaszajacego: BARWA SIARKOWA. Wszystkie napisy znajdujace sie na etykiecie uwidocznionej na zalaczonej ilustracji jako Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 wykonane sa pismem drukowanym róznego rodzaju i wielkosci czcionek w kolorze bialym. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a label for marking packaging, particularly in the form of oval tubes containing sulfur cosmetic gels, intended specifically for cleansing, peeling, and exfoliating acne-prone skin. The label based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new, distinctive graphic and textual composition and background color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two variations in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variation of the label intended for a tube-shaped packaging filled with a sulfur cleansing gel; Fig. 2 – shows the label placed on a tube-shaped packaging containing a peeling and exfoliating gel. The label submitted as an industrial design has a rectangular shape, clearly divided into a front display section presenting the product and a section located on the conventional back of the tube (the back label), which provides extensive, helpful, and required information about the product and its manufacturer. The label surface has a solid-colored background with a narrow band of a different color at the top. Essential features of the industrial design: The label, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 1, has a rectangular shape, divided into a front display section presenting the product contained within the packaging and a back label section located on the back of the packaging, providing information about the product and its manufacturer. The front, display part of the label has a uniform background in bright orange with a narrow, horizontal stripe at the top in a saturated blue-green color, on which is placed the inscription: "BARWA SIARKOWA" (SULPHUR BAR), which is the name of the applicant's product series. Below the name of the product series, there is a rectangle made of a thin white line, in the upper left corner of which is the number 16 (atomic number of sulfur). In the center of the rectangle is a capital letter "S" and under it the word Sulfur and the number 32 07 (atomic mass of sulfur). In the central part of the front of the label, the following information is given: the name of the product, its purpose and ingredients in several lines arranged one above the other: SULPHUR CLEANSING GEL BIOACTIVE SULFUR WHEAT PROTEINS NIACINAMIDE CICA and in English the name and type of the product: SULPHUR CLEANSING GEL. At the very bottom of the label, the applicant's logo, a registered figurative trademark, is located. The counter-label, located on the conventional back of the packaging, features a narrow stripe of saturated blue-green at the top, while below, on a uniform, bright orange background, is a comprehensive informational text specifying: "Benefits of the sulfur cleansing gel, the effects of its use, the beneficial effects of the gel and its active ingredients, the origin of the product's ingredients—all in Polish and English." Next, detailed instructions for use, the product's composition, and the expiration date are provided. At the bottom of this section of the label are the manufacturer's full details, the package capacity, and the product's barcode with the batch name: BARWA SIARKOWA (SULPHUR BAR) above it. The label, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2, intended for placement on oval tubes containing a peeling and exfoliating gel, is also rectangular in shape with a uniform bright orange background and a narrow horizontal band at the top in a blue-green color. The label is clearly divided into a front display section presenting the product and a back label section containing extensive information about the product and its manufacturer. In the front, display part of the label, under the rectangle with the letter "S", the atomic number and mass of sulfur, there are centrally placed dominant inscriptions with the name and purpose of the product: SULPHUR PEELING & EXFOLIATION MASK 2 in 1, below in a narrow blue-green horizontal rectangle there is the inscription: SMOOTHING and the ingredients: BIOACTIVE SULPHUR PAPAIN + NIACINAMIDE CICA + FRUIT EXTRACTS and in English the name and purpose of the product: 2 IN 1 SULPHUR PEELING GEL. At the very bottom of the front, display part of the label, there is the applicant's logo, which is a registered trademark. The second informative part of the label, located on the back of the tube-shaped packaging, has a saturated blue-green band with the inscription: "BARWA SIARKOWA" (SULPHUR BAR), which includes text detailing the benefits of the 3-in-1 peeling gel contained in the package, its effects, the active ingredients and their effectiveness, the origin of these ingredients, and a detailed description of how to use the gel in both Polish and English. The product's composition and expiration date are then provided. Below this information are the manufacturer's full details and the package capacity. The product's barcode is also included, along with the name of the applicant's product series: BARWA SIARKOWA (SULPHUR BAR).
