The label has original, novelty features resulting from its shape, graphic and textual layout, the overall colors, and particularly its background, and the characteristic division into a front, display part, and a rear, informational part. The label and its subsequent variations are presented in the illustrative material, where: Fig. 1 – shows the label on the packaging containing sulfur shampoo with aloe; Fig. 2 – shows the label on the packaging containing sulfur tonic with aloe; Fig. 3 – shows the label on the packaging containing micellar water with aloe; Fig. 4 shows the label on a package containing sulfur foam with aloe. Each label, following the industrial design, is rectangular in shape with slightly longer horizontal sides and is clearly divided into a front display section and an informational back section. The label's background depicts a panoramic view of a mountain range, with the top in light blue and its shades, and the bottom in various shades of green. The mountain panorama is set against a subtle, yet understated, background of tropical vegetation and trees in light and dark green. The front of each label, against a light blue background, features the product series name, composed of the words "BARWA Siarkowa" (Sulfur Foam), with a plus sign and the word "ALOES" (Aloe) below. The word "Barwa" is written horizontally in large, light orange capital letters, while the word "Siarkowa" is written in decorative handwriting in black and has a white circle with a black border and the letter "R" above the last letter ("a"), indicating that the words "Barwa Siarkowa" are a registered trademark No. R. 281173 of the applicant. The word Siarkowa, located under the word BARWA, is written tangentially, diagonally upwards to the right, while the plus sign below and the word ALOES are written diagonally downwards to the right and are in orange with white letters of the word ALOES. Below the name of the product series, located centrally on the front display part of the label, is the name of the cosmetic product contained in the packaging, written in bold orange capital letters. Below the product name is an inscription specifying the product's intended use and a horizontal cream-colored rectangle with a delicate white border, containing detailed product information in English and Polish, printed in black lettering of varying font sizes. Below the horizontal cream-colored rectangle are two lines of inscriptions in English, printed in white capital letters, specifying the product. At the bottom of the front display portion of the label is the manufacturer's logo, consisting of a graphic and the word "barwa" (color), registered trademark number R. 302835 in the Polish Patent Office (UP), belonging to the applicant. On the right side of the label, on its rear informational portion, are three horizontal rectangles of varying sizes with a cream background, arranged one below the other, containing information about the product, written in small black lettering, about its benefits and instructions for use, as well as the product's composition. Required, essential, and useful information is provided in Polish and foreign languages. In the upper corners of the cream-colored rectangles are round icons with orange borders and thematic drawings on a white background. Below the cream-colored rectangles with product information are the product's shelf life, product origin, full manufacturer details, and a vertically aligned package capacity. At the bottom right, on a white background, is the product's black barcode with the inscription: "#CALM DOWN, WE CARE in orange color PL 27384 3," underlined by an orange arrow. Above the orange inscription is a horizontal white rectangle where further product-related information, such as an expiration date, can be added. Lower down, at the bottom of the front display area of the label, is the applicant's logo in graphic form and the word "color" in white, which is the applicant's registered trademark. On the back of the label, three differently sized horizontal rectangles with a cream background are arranged one below the other. These rectangles contain information about the product, its benefits, how to use it, and the product's ingredients, written in small print. The information is in Polish and foreign languages. In the upper corners of the cream rectangles are round icons with orange borders and thematic drawings on a white background. Below the rectangles are information about the product's suitability, its origin, full manufacturer information, and the packaging capacity, displayed horizontally.
