Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta dzemu, w czterech odmianach dla róznych smaków, przeznaczona do nanoszenia na opakowania dzemów owocowych, najczesciej na sloiki szklane. Znane etykiety produktów spozywczych serii LOWICZ, w tym dzemów owocowych, zawieraja centralnie umieszczone w górnej czesci charakterystyczne oznaczenie slowno-graficzne z napisem LOWICZ, polaczonym z elementami obrazowymi. W oznaczeniu nazwa LOWICZ jest wpisana poziomo - duzymi literami o oryginalnej, pogrubionej czcionce typu manuskrypt - w elipse. Litery napisu LOWICZ maja kolor bialy i sa uwydatnione czarnymi obrysami kazdej z liter, przy czym obrysy liter lacza sie miedzy soba tak, iz daja bezposrednie tlo napisu w kolorze czarnym. Powierzchnia elipsy ma barwe zielona i jest otoczona czarna ramka, przerwana w górnej i dolnej czesci elementami obrazowymi. Nad napisem LOWICZ znajduje sie rysunek dwóch listków w kolorze jasnozielonym z czarnymi konturami. Górne fragmenty listków sa polozone nad elipsa, a dolne krance nachodza na napis. Pod napisem LOWICZ jest umieszczony rysunek trzech wisni, ulozonych poziomo (wisnia srodkowa nieco wieksza). Wisnie maja kolor czerwony, otoczone sa czarnymi obrysami i kazda posiada u góry z lewej strony biala, podluzna plamke, sugerujaca odbicie swiatla.W znanych etykietach dzemów opisane logo LOWICZ jest laczone w ukladzie prostokatnym badz owalnym z wielokolorowym rysunkiem, przedstawiajacym owoce wchodzace w sklad oznaczanego produktu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac etykiety dzemu, nadana jej przez uklad graficzny, cechy linii, napisy i krój pisma, kolorystyke oraz elementy obrazowe. Owalna etykieta wedlug wzoru w górnej czesci ma umieszczone centralnie logo LOWICZ o charakterystycznej, wyzej opisanej kolorystyce oraz grafice. Logo LOWICZ jest polowicznie przesuniete do góry ponad owal etykiety i skomponowane z elipsa, utworzona przez granatowe pasmo, na które sa naniesione wyrazy: SNIADANIA (z lewej strony) i SWIATA (z prawej strony). Wyrazy SNIADANIA i SWIATA maja wszystkie litery duze, o oryginalnej czcionce i sa w kolorze zlotym. Logo LOWICZ i granatowa, pasmowa elipsa z napisem SNIADANIA SWIATA sa otoczone ramka (elipsa od wewnatrz i z zewnatrz), która ma kolor zloty. Ramka wewnatrz elipsy uwydatniona jest czarnymi kwadracikami, usytuowanymi na powierzchni ramki zgodnie z jej eliptycznym ksztaltem. Zlota ramka zamyka kompozycje etykiety w calosc. Posrodku etykiety wedlug wzoru, wewnatrz granatowej elipsy - w kazdej z czterech odmian - jest umieszczony w tle wielokolorowy rysunek krajobrazu oraz na pierwszym planie - róznobarwny rysunek owoców, odpowiadajacych smakowi danego dzemu, przy czym rysunek owoców w dolnej czesci naklada sie na grana- towa elipse równoczesnie zaslaniajac fragment zlotej ramki. Pod rysunkiem owoców, na granatowym tle elipsy znajduje sie bialy, lukowaty napis duzymi literami 0 charakterystycznym kroju liter, okreslajacy nazwy owoców, wchodzacych w sklad oznaczanego dzemu (PAPAJA I MARAKUJA, BANAN I MANDARYNKA, KIWI 1 LIMONKA, FIGA I POMARANCZA). Well-known LOWICZ food product labels, including fruit jams, feature a distinctive word and graphic designation centrally located at the top, with the inscription LOWICZ, combined with pictorial elements. The LOWICZ name is written horizontally in an ellipse in capital letters using an original, bold manuscript font. The letters of the LOWICZ inscription are white and highlighted by black outlines around each letter, with the outlines connecting to each other to form a direct black background for the inscription. The ellipse is green and surrounded by a black frame, interrupted at the top and bottom by pictorial elements. Above the LOWICZ inscription is an image of two light green leaves with black outlines. The upper sections of the leaves are positioned above the ellipse, and the lower edges overlap the inscription. Below the LOWICZ inscription is an image of three cherries arranged horizontally (the middle cherry is slightly larger). The cherries are red, outlined in black, and each has a white, elongated spot at the top left, suggesting light reflection. In well-known jam labels, the LOWICZ logo is combined in a rectangular or oval arrangement with a multicolored image depicting the fruit included in the labeled product. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the jam label, given to it by the graphic layout, line features, lettering and typeface, color scheme, and pictorial elements. The oval label, following the pattern, features the centrally placed LOWICZ logo in the characteristic colors and graphics described above. The LOWICZ logo is halfway up the oval label and composed of an ellipse formed by a navy blue band, on which are the words: SNIADANIA (on the left) and SWIATA (on the right). The words SNIADANIA and SWIATA have all capital letters in the original font and are gold-colored. The LOWICZ logo and the navy blue, banded ellipse with the inscription SNIADANIA SWIATA are surrounded by a gold-colored frame (the ellipse is on the inside and outside). The frame within the ellipse is highlighted by black squares positioned on the frame's surface, consistent with its elliptical shape. The gold frame encloses the label's composition. In the center of the label, as designed, within a navy blue ellipse—for each of the four varieties—is a multicolored landscape image in the background and a multicolored image of fruit in the foreground, corresponding to the flavor of the jam. The image of the fruit in the lower part overlaps the navy blue ellipse, simultaneously obscuring a section of the gold frame. Below the image of the fruit, against the navy blue background of the ellipse, is a white, arched inscription in capital letters with a distinctive font, identifying the names of the fruits included in the jam (PAPAYA AND PASSION FRUIT, BANANA AND MANDARIN, KIWI AND LIME, FIG AND ORANGE). The label of the jam according to the pattern is presented in the attached illustration, in accordance with the list below: 1. variety 1 - label "ŁOWICZ SNIADANIA SWIATA PAPAJA I MARAKUJA" with a multi-coloured drawing of the setting sun over a body of water in the background and fruits (papaya and passion fruit), two halved and one whole, in the foreground - Fig. 1,2. variety 2 - label "ŁOWICZ SNIADANIA SWIATA BANANA I MANDARYNKA" with a multi-coloured drawing of palm trees against the sky background and fruits (two whole bananas, two mandarins, one of them with the peel lifted) in the foreground - Fig. 2, 3. variety 3 - label "ŁOWICZ SNIADANIA SWIATA KIWI I LIMONKA" with a multi-coloured drawing of a forest, lake, mountains against the sky background and two halved fruits: kiwi and lime and one whole lime in the foreground - Fig. 3, 4. variety 4 - label "ŁOWICZ SNIADANIA SWIATA FIGA I POMARANCZA" with a multi-coloured drawing of a city view with towers and the sun in the background and two halved fruits: fig and orange and one whole fig in the foreground - Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design: arrangement The color and graphic design of the label includes the LOWICZ logo, half-moved upwards above the oval of the label and composed of an ellipse formed by a navy blue band with gold and white inscriptions in an arc shape, the entire label composition is enclosed by a gold frame, the frame inside the ellipse is highlighted with black squares, the original lettering of the inscriptions is placed in the center of the label, inside the navy blue ellipse - a multi-colored drawing depicting a landscape in the background and fruit in the foreground, corresponding to the flavor of the labeled jam.
