The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually designed form of the label, manifested in the arrangement of elements and colors. The remaining part of the label is divided by arcuate color stripes symmetrically arranged in relation to the outline of the window, with verbal and graphic motifs. In the upper part of the label there is a white inscription "HETMAN". In the lower right corner there is a verbal and graphic symbol. The logo is composed of columns, each topped by a triangular roof, with the outermost columns being lower than the others. The inscription "HETMAN" appears beneath the columns. Below the inscription "HETMAN" appears the inscription "FLEX." All elements of the logo are placed in a ring on a white background and are black. Each label also features a word-graphic symbol in the lower left corner, in the form of a black ring filled with white, with red and black lettering inside. Essential Features of the Industrial Design First Variation. The label, whose essential feature is the arrangement of elements and color, is a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif depicting a pitbull dog on a gray background. Within the window is white lettering above the image of the dog, and white lettering on a red background, forming a ribbon below the image of the dog. To the left of the image of the dog is a ring with gray and white fill, a red ribbon, and white and red lettering within the rings. The remaining part of the label is divided by arc-shaped color stripes symmetrically arranged around the window's outline. The third variant, a label characterized by its arrangement and color scheme, is a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window. Inside, there is a graphic motif depicting a pitbull dog on a gray background. Within the window is white lettering above the image of the dog, and white lettering on a red background, forming a ribbon below the image of the dog. The fourth variant, a label characterized by its arrangement and color scheme, is a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window. Inside, there is a graphic motif depicting a pitbull dog on a gray background. Within the window is white lettering above the image of the dog, and white lettering on a red background, forming a ribbon below the image of the dog. To the left of the image of the dog is a ring with gray and white fill, a red ribbon, and white and red lettering within the rings. To the right of the dog image, there is a white ring with red filling and a white graphic symbol 500 kg/m 2 . The remainder of the label is divided by arc-shaped color stripes symmetrically arranged around the window outline. The color surrounding the window is gold, and on it is a word motif with a black outline and white filling, the next color is black, and then gold and black create alternating blurred arcs. The gold and black arc above the window features white lettering. At the top is the white lettering "HETMAN." The gold arc below the window features the red lettering "TOTAL" in a white border. In the lower left corner of the label, there is a word-graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, black and red lettering, and a red graphic symbol inside. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol outlined in detail in the general description of the label, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 4) and drawing (Fig. 4). Between the graphic symbols at the bottom of the label, on a red background, there is white text with a black border. The fifth variant, the label, whose essential feature is the arrangement of elements and color, is a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif depicting the outline of a roof with visible tiles, a chimney, and specialized roofing resin, as well as red arrows. The remaining part of the label is divided by arcing bands of color symmetrically arranged around the outline of the window, with the color surrounding the window being gray with a visible graphic imitating tiles, and a yellow word motif placed on top. The next color is gold, and on the lower and upper arcs, verbal and graphic symbols are symmetrically placed in the form of two red rings. The rings have a gold background with white lettering "100%" and are surrounded by larger rings with a white background and red lettering. From the middle ring emerges a ribbon filled with red with white lettering. The ribbon intersects the two rings. To the right of the upper ring is a red ribbon with white lettering. The next arc is red with white verbal motifs. At the top of the label, a white lettering "HETMAN" appears on the golden arc. In the lower left corner of the label, there is a verbal and graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, black and red lettering, and a red graphic symbol in the center. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol outlined in detail in the general description of the label, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 5) and drawing (Fig. 5). Between the graphic symbols at the bottom of the label, on a red background, there is white lettering. The sixth variant, the label, whose essential feature is the arrangement of elements and color, is a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif depicting the outline of a room with a window and the acrylic "HETMAN." The remaining part of the label is divided by arc-shaped bands of color symmetrically arranged relative to the outline of the window, with the color surrounding the window being red and the word motif placed on top of it in yellow. The next color is gold, and the graphic symbols in the form of two red rings are symmetrically arranged on the lower and upper centers of the arc. The ring on the upper golden arch is filled with a gold background with white lettering "100%" and is surrounded by a larger ring on a white background with red lettering. From the middle ring emerges a red ribbon with white lettering. The ribbon intersects the two rings. To the right of the ring is a red ribbon with white lettering. The ring on the lower golden arch is filled with a gold background with white lettering "100%" and is surrounded by a larger ring on a white background with red lettering. From the middle ring emerges a red ribbon with white lettering. The next color of the arch is blue with white word motifs. At the top of the label on the golden arch is the white lettering "HETMAN." In the lower left corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, black and red lettering, and a red graphic symbol inside. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol outlined in detail in the general description, as shown in the attached photograph (Photo 6) and drawing (Fig. 6). Between the rings with graphic symbols, at the bottom of the label, there is a black ring filled with a white background and black graphic symbols. The seventh variant: A label whose key feature is a window inside which is placed a graphic motif depicting the outline of a room with TERMO-FLEX adhesive. To the left of the window, there is a graphic symbol in the form of a red clock face (alarm clock), inside which is a white inscription reading "60 seconds." The remainder of the label is divided by arc-shaped color stripes symmetrically arranged around the window outline, with the color surrounding the window being black and featuring a yellow word motif. The next color in the arc is white. The upper white arc features black and red lettering. The lower white arc features black lettering. At the top of the label, a gold-colored arc features the white lettering "HETMAN." At the bottom of the label, a gold-colored arc features white lettering. In the center at the bottom of the label, there is a word-graphic symbol in the form of a white ring with red filling and white lettering. In the lower left corner of the label, there is a word-graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, PL 27215 5, black lettering, and a red graphic symbol. The eighth variant. The label, whose essential feature is the arrangement of elements and color scheme, is a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif with a visible door and window. The graphic motif features a gold stock with HETMAN foam inside. The stock is surrounded by a red ring with a white inscription. The color surrounding the window is red, and on it is a yellow verbal motif with the Polish flag at the bottom of the motif. The next color surrounding the window is white. On the upper white arc is the red inscription "GENIUSZ." On the lower white arc, there is a verbal and graphic symbol on the left in the form of a red ring with a white background and black and red lettering, and a red ribbon with white lettering extending from the ring. On the right is a red half-ring with a verbal and graphic symbol in black and red. Between the rings is a graphic symbol <0°–360°. In the upper part of the label, on a gold arc, there is a white inscription "HETMAN." In the lower part of the label, on a gold arc, there is a white inscription "TURBO." Then, the gold and white colors create alternating blurred arcs. In the lower left corner of the label, there is a verbal and graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, black lettering, and a red graphic symbol. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a word and graphic symbol outlined in detail in the general label description, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 8) and drawing (Fig. 8). The ninth variant. The label, whose essential feature is the arrangement of elements and color, is a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window imitating an orange ceramic block, inside which is polyurethane adhesive. The remainder of the label is divided by arc-shaped stripes of white and gold, symmetrically placed around the window. The color surrounding the window is white, and on it is a black and red word motif, followed by alternating white and gold colors creating alternating arcs. At the top of the label, on a gold background, is the white inscription "HETMAN." At the bottom of the label, on a gold arc, are three white inscriptions. Between the figurative marks at the bottom of the label, on an arc of gold and white, there is a white ring with a red background and white lettering. In the lower left corner of the label, there is a figurative mark in the form of a black ring with a white background and black and red lettering. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a figurative mark, outlined in detail in the general description of the label, as shown in the attached photograph (photo 9) and drawing (fig. 9).
