PL 26850 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na butelki wody mineralnej. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje trzy odmiany, pokazane w calosci na Fig. 1, 2, i 3 materialu ilustracyjnego. Ponadto dalsze ilustracje wzoru przedstawiaja wspólne motywy zdobnicze tych etykiet, jako ich szczególy. Istotne cechy wspólne odmian wzoru przemyslowego. Etykiety we wszystkich odmianach wzoru przemyslowego (ilustracje Fig. 1, 2 i 3) maja glówna ceche wspólna, która jest motyw zdobniczy w postaci kropli, w obrebie której umieszczony jest krajobraz przelomu rzeki, wijacej sie pomiedzy górami (szczegól Fig. 4). Kolorystyka krajobrazu utrzymana jest w róznych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego, natomiast rzeka jest w kolorze bialym. Szczyt górski widoczny na pierwszym planie jest czesciowo porosniety roslinnoscia, a jego wierzcholek jest odkryta skala. Oprócz zastosowania motywu zdobniczego w postaci kropli, etykiety maja tez inne istotne cechy wspólne wskazane ponizej. Dominujacym elementem wspólnym jest napis „Galicjanka Muszyna", zachodzacy czesciowo na górny fragment kropli, powtórzony w zmniejszonym rozmiarze w miejscu etykiety, które po nalozeniu na butelke jest po jej przeciwnej stronie niz kropla. Slowo „Galicjanka" ma rózne kolory (odmiany 1, 2 i 3 wzoru), dla wody mineralnej o róznym nasyceniu dwutlenkiem wegla, a slowo „Muszyna" jest biale we wszystkich odmianach etykiet. Obok kropli, kolejnym wspólnym elementem sa dwa kola zachodzace na siebie, z symbolami chemicznymi skladników mineralnych: „Mg" na tle niebieskim oraz „Ca" na tle srebrnym. Wspólna cecha etykiet jest takze motyw zdobniczy w postaci stylizowanej mapy panoramicznej pasma górskiego – pokazany jako szczegól tych etykiet na Fig. 5 ilustracji. Elementami tego motywu zdobniczego sa takze stylizowane drzewa iglaste oraz sylwetka niedzwiedzia, która pokazana jest takze na Fig. 6 ilustracji. Stoki gór sa w róznych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego, a ich zarysy, drzewa i niedzwiedz sa w kolorze srebrnym. Sylwetka niedzwiedzia, jako szczegól, oprócz ujecia jej w oma- wianym motywie zdobniczym z Fig. 5, wystepuje równiez na zakretce butelki, na jej czolowej powierzchni. Cechy indywidualne etykiet (odmian od 1 do 3) sa nastepujace: Odmiana 1 (pokazana na ilustracji – Fig. 1). Na etykiecie napisy „Galicjanka" oraz napis „Niskonasycona CO2" sa w kolorze biskupim. Odmiana 2 (pokazana na ilustracji – Fig. 2). Na etykiecie napisy „Galicjanka" oraz napis „Srednionasycona CO2" sa w kolorze czerwonym. Odmiana 3 (pokazana na ilustracji – Fig. 3). Na etykiecie napisy „Galicjanka" oraz napis „Wysokonasycona CO2" sa w kolorze granatowym. The industrial design includes three varieties, shown in their entirety in Figs. 1, 2, and 3 of the illustrative material. In addition, further illustrations of the design present common ornamental motifs of these labels as their details. Essential common features of the varieties of the industrial design. The labels in all varieties of the industrial design (illustrations Figs. 1, 2, and 3) have a main common feature, which is a decorative motif in the form of a drop, within which is placed a landscape of a river gorge, winding between mountains (detail Fig. 4). The colors of the landscape are maintained in various shades of blue, while the river is white. The mountain peak visible in the foreground is partially covered with vegetation, and its top is a bare rock. In addition to the use of a droplet decorative motif, the labels also have other important common features as indicated below. The dominant common element is the inscription "Galicjanka Muszyna", partially overlapping the upper part of the drop, repeated in a reduced size in the place on the label which, when applied to the bottle, is on the opposite side to the drop. The word "Galicjanka" has different colours (variants 1, 2 and 3 of the design), for mineral water with different carbon dioxide saturation, and the word "Muszyna" is white in all label varieties. Next to the drop, another common element are two overlapping circles with chemical symbols of mineral components: "Mg" on a blue background and "Ca" on a silver background. Another common feature of the labels is a decorative motif in the form of a stylised panoramic map of the mountain range – shown as a detail of these labels in Fig. 5 of the illustration. Elements of this decorative motif also include stylised coniferous trees and a silhouette of a bear, which is also shown in Fig. 6 illustrations. The mountain slopes are in various shades of blue, and their outlines, trees and the bear are in silver. The bear silhouette, as a detail, apart from being included in the discussed decorative motif from Fig. 5, also appears on the bottle cap, on its front surface. The individual features of the labels (varieties 1 to 3) are as follows: Variety 1 (shown in the illustration – Fig. 1). On the label, the inscriptions "Galicjanka" and the inscription "Low-saturated CO2" are in bishop's color. Variety 2 (shown in the illustration – Fig. 2). On the label, the inscriptions "Galicjanka" and the inscription "Medium-saturated CO2" are in red. Variety 3 (shown in the illustration – Fig. 3). On the label, the inscriptions "Galicjanka" and the inscription "Wysokonasycona CO2" are in navy blue.
