The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of the label, manifested in the arrangement of elements and colors. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label; Fig. 2 shows the second version of the label; Fig. 3 shows the third version of the label; Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the label; Fig. 5 shows the fifth version of the label; Fig. 6 shows the sixth version of the label; Fig. 7 shows the seventh version of the label; Fig. 8 shows the eighth version of the label; Fig. 9 shows the ninth version of the label; Fig. 10 shows the tenth version of the label; and in photographs, in which: Photo. 1 shows the first version of the label; Photo 2 shows the second label variant. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawings and photographs, the label has the form of a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window. Inside the window is a graphic motif. The remaining part of the label is divided by arcuate color stripes symmetrically arranged relative to the window outline, with verbal and graphic motifs. At the top of the label is the white inscription "HETMAN." In the lower right corner, there is a figurative mark. The mark is composed of columns, each with a triangular roof, with the two outermost columns being lower than the others. Below the columns is the inscription "COLLAGE." Below the inscription "COLLAGE" is the inscription "FLEX." All elements of the mark are placed in a ring on a white background and are colored black. On each label, but in a different position, there is also a figurative mark in the form of two rings. The middle ring, filled with a black background and bearing the inscription "100%," is surrounded by a larger ring, filled with a white background and bearing the inscription "IDEALNA FORMULA." From the middle ring emerges a ribbon filled with red with the white inscription "WYDAJNOSC" (EFFICIENCY). The ribbon intersects the two rings. Essential features of the industrial design: First variant. The label, whose important feature is the arrangement of elements and colors, has the form of a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which there is a graphic motif representing the outline of a roof, with visible roof tiles, a chimney and "FLEX" roofing sealant, as well as red arrows. The remaining part of the label is divided by arc-shaped color stripes symmetrically arranged in relation to the outline of the window, where the color surrounding the window is red with a visible graphic imitating roof tiles, and on it there is a word motif with a black outline PL 25089 3 and yellow filling. The next color is black, and on the lower and upper arc there are symmetrically arranged rings with black and white filling, a red ribbon and white and red inscriptions in the rings. The next color is burgundy with white word motifs. The remaining space on the label is made up of blurred red and burgundy arcs. At the top of the label is the white inscription "HETMAN." In the lower right corner of the label is a word-graphic symbol, outlined in detail in the general description of the label, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Photo 1. The second variant. The label, whose important feature is the arrangement of elements and color, has the form of a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif of a pitbull dog on a gray background. Within the window is white inscription above the image of the dog, and white inscription on a red background, forming a ribbon below the image of the dog. To the left of the dog image is a ring with black and white fill, a red ribbon, and white and red lettering within the rings. The remainder of the label is divided by arc-shaped bands of color symmetrically arranged around the window's outline. The color surrounding the window is gold, and on it is a word motif with a black outline and white fill, the next color is black, and then the colors gold and black create alternating blurred arcs. White lettering appears on the gold and black arc above and below the window. Additionally, below the window are two white rings with a red background and white lettering inside. At the top of the label is the white inscription "HETMAN." In the lower left corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol in the form of a black ring with a white background, black and red lettering, and a red graphic symbol inside. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a graphic symbol outlined in detail in the general label description, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 2) and photograph (Fig. 2). The third variant. The label, whose important feature is the arrangement of elements and color, is a rectangle with a centrally located outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif depicting a cross-section of a residential building with "FLEX" universal silicone and red arrows. The remaining part of the label is divided by arc-shaped color bands symmetrically arranged around the window outline. The color surrounding the window is orange, and on it is a word motif with a black outline and yellow fill. The next color is black. On the black arcs, the upper and lower arcs are symmetrically placed rings with black and white fill, a red ribbon, and white and red lettering within the rings. The next, symmetrical arc is again orange with white lettering within it. The remaining space on the label is made up of blurred red and orange arcs. At the top of the label is the white inscription "HETMAN." In the lower right corner of the label there is a verbal and graphic symbol, outlined in detail in the general description of the label, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and photograph Photo 3. The fourth variant. The label, whose important feature is the arrangement of elements and color, has the form of a rectangle with a centrally placed outline of a round window, inside which is a graphic motif depicting the outline of a roof with a chimney, along with "FLEX" roofing adhesive and red arrows. The remaining part of the label is divided by arc-shaped color stripes symmetrically arranged in relation to the outline of the window, with the color surrounding the window being navy blue, and on it is a verbal motif with a black outline and white and yellow filling. The next color is black. On the black arcs, the upper and lower, there are symmetrically placed rings with black and white filling, a red ribbon, and white and red inscriptions in the rings. The next color is blue with white inscriptions placed on it. The remaining space of the label is made up of blurred navy blue and blue arcs. At the top of the label is the white inscription "HETMAN."
