Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach zawierajacych wyroby garmazeryjne lub wedliniarskie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku i barwie, które nadaja jej oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia walorów estetycznych i reklamowych. W dolnej czesci owalnego elementu umieszczony jest bialy napis. Pod kazdym elementem graficznym widnieje niebieski napis. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in its shape, design, and color, which give it a unique appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic and advertising values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1-4 show label variations in which the three-times repeating graphic motif is vertically aligned; Fig. 5 shows a label variation in which the three-times repeating graphic motif is vertically aligned and connected by a vertical stripe; Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8 show label variations in which the three-times repeating graphic motif is horizontally aligned and connected by a vertical stripe; Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show a label variation in which the four-times repeating graphic motif is horizontally aligned and connected by a vertical stripe. According to the industrial design, the label is a vertically aligned rectangle with three identical colored graphic elements vertically aligned on a multicolored background. This element consists of a light yellow circle, with a red banner with rounded corners and a colored border placed around its horizontal diameter. A rectangular orange element features horizontal white lettering. Blue lettering runs parallel to the arc at the bottom of the circle. The upper portion of the yellow circle features the company's word and graphic logo in the shape of a navy blue oval. In the center of the oval, horizontal white lettering extends beyond its edges. The upper edge of the oval graphic element features a red ribbon-shaped border, which in the lower portion transforms into an unfurled red and white ribbon extending beyond the edges of the element. White lettering appears at the bottom of the oval element. Blue lettering appears beneath each graphic element. The individual colours of the label and the colours of the banner border are shown in fig. 1 - fig. 4, where: in fig. 1 - the label background is multi-coloured, i.e.: from dark blue through light blue, changing to yellow and then to light blue and dark blue, while the banner border is blue, in fig. 2 - the label background is multi-coloured, i.e.: from light green through cream, changing to light orange and then through cream to light green, while the banner border is red, in fig. 3 - the label background is multi-coloured, i.e.: from light blue, changing to green, through yellow, to intense red and then to yellow, green and light blue, while the banner border is blue, in fig. 4 - the label background is multi-coloured, i.e.: from light pink, changing to yellow and then to light pink, while the banner border is red. As shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4. Another variation of the industrial design label also takes the form of a vertically oriented rectangle, with three identical graphic elements positioned vertically on a multicolored background. The graphic element consists of a cream-colored circle, with a navy blue banner with rounded corners and a yellow border placed horizontally across its diameter. The aforementioned rectangular element features horizontally oriented white lettering. The aforementioned graphic trademark is located in the upper portion of the yellow circle. In the background, at the height of the graphic trademark, is a drawing of towering ice mountains, navy blue at the base and white at the peak. Furthermore, the graphic elements are connected by a yellow vertical stripe. As shown in Figure 5, another variation of the industrial design label has the form of a vertically oriented rectangle, with three identical graphic elements symmetrically placed on a multicolored background. The graphic element consists of a colored circle, with a red rectangular banner with rounded corners and a colored border placed on its horizontal diameter. The banner features horizontally oriented white lettering. The upper portion of the yellow circle contains the company's inscription and graphic logo. Furthermore, the graphic elements described above are connected by a horizontal stripe matching the border of the central red banner. The individual colors of the circle background, label, and the colors of the rectangular banner and connecting strip border are shown in Fig. 6 - Fig. 8. In Fig. 6, the circle background is cream, the label background is a uniform light blue, while the banner and connecting strip border is yellow. In Fig. 7, the circle background is light yellow with blue text at its lower edge. The label background is multicolored, i.e., it changes from orange to yellow and then to orange, while the banner and connecting strip border is green. In Fig. 8, the circle background is white with blue text at its lower edge. The label background is a uniform green, while the banner and connecting strip border is yellow. As shown in Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8. Another variation of the label based on the industrial design in question is a horizontally oriented rectangle with a yellow border and a diagonal grid pattern. Four identical graphic elements are placed symmetrically next to each other on this background. Each individual graphic element consists of an orange circle, with a yellow rectangular banner with rounded corners and a red border placed on its horizontal diameter. The rectangular banner features horizontally oriented black text. White text is placed in the lower part of the circle, parallel to its arc. The upper part of the circle features the aforementioned verbal and graphic trademark. Black text appears beneath each graphic element. Furthermore, the graphic elements described above are connected by a horizontal red stripe. As shown in Figure 9, yet another variation of the industrial design label has the form of a horizontally oriented rectangle, with four identical graphic elements placed symmetrically next to each other on a red background. Each graphic element consists of a cream-colored circle, with a navy blue rectangular banner with rounded corners and an orange border placed on its horizontal diameter. The rectangular banner features horizontally oriented white lettering. The lower portion of the circle, parallel to its arc, features navy blue lettering. The upper portion of the circle features the word and graphic symbol described above. Each graphic element features white lettering below. The individual graphic elements are connected by a horizontal red stripe. As shown in Fig. 10, the essential features of the industrial design in question are: 1. vertical or horizontal positioning of identical repeating graphic elements on one rectangular label, 2. the form of the graphic element consisting of a colored circle, on the horizontal diameter of which there is a colored banner with rounded corners, finished with a colored border, the location of a verbal and graphic trademark in the upper part of the circle, with inscriptions placed on the background of the banner and below it, 3. the selection of colors and the arrangement of lines and drawings giving the labels an original and aesthetic appearance, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 10.
