Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu wedliniarskiego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku, barwie i ukladzie linii, nadajaca przedmiotowi nowy oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych i reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.1, fig.3, fig.5, fig.7, fig.9, fig.11 przedstawiaja szesc odmian wyrobu z rozmieszczonymi na nim kolorowymi napisami, liniami i rysunkami w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig.2, fig.4, fig.6, fig.8, fig.10, fig.12 przedstawiaja rozwiniecie oslonki wyrobu wedliniarskiego.Wyrób wedliniarski wedlug wzoru uformowany jest w ksztalcie pryzmy czworobocznej o podstawie prostokatnej. Naroza wyrobu i jego krawedzie sa zaokraglone. Wyrób otoczony jest przezroczysta oslonka, na której umieszczona jest etykieta oraz wydrukowane kolorowe napisy i linie. Oslonka na swych koncach spieta jest metalowymi spinkami. Plaszczyzny boczne wyrobu stanowia usytuowane parami, rózne wymiarowo trapezy o zaokraglonych narozach. W srodkowym fragmencie górnej plaszczyzny wyrobu na przezroczystej oslonce umieszczona jest etykieta w ksztalcie równoramiennego trójkata z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Znajdujace sie na etykiecie napisy, usytuowane sa równolegle do dluzszych krawedzi górnej plaszczyzny wyrobu. Etykieta ma we wszystkich odmianach jednolite granatowe tlo, z obwoluta w formie dwóch pasków. Pierwszy cienki zewnetrzny pasek ma barwe biala natomiast drugi szerszy wewnetrzny pas w kazdej z szesciu odmian wyrobu ma inna barwe. W górnym fragmencie wszystkich szesciu odmian wyrobu na etykiecie umieszczony napis o brzmieniu „SMACZEK", wykonany duzymi bialymi drukowanymi literami. W dolnym fragmencie etykiety umieszczony jest slowno - graficzny znak towarowy, który ma ksztalt owalu z granatowym tlem. Dolna czesc znaku usytuowana jest na drugim wewnetrznym pasie obwoluty etykiety, natomiast górna czesc opasana jest cienka obwiednia w barwie w/w obwoluty. Znak towarowy ma na swym tle wpisany cienki zloty pasek w ksztalcie owalu, w którego górnej czesci usytuowany jest ozdobny ornament w ksztalcie zlotej korony, a w dolnym jej fragmencie zloty napis „1885". W srodkowym fragmencie owalnej etykiety umieszczony jest napis wykonany malymi stylizowanymi literami o brzmieniu „ myslaw", przy czym litery maja tlo koloru bialego oraz czesciowa obwiednie, w formie cienia koloru zlotego. Pomiedzy wyzej opisanym znakiem towarowym i napisem „SMACZEK" usytuowany jest napis okreslajacy nazwe rodzajowa wedliny, która stanowi jeden z elementów wyrózniajacych poszczególne szesc odmian wyrobu. Napis ten jest wykonany duzymi literami pismem technicznym prostym i wsparty na linii krzywej w ksztalcie wycinka owalu, przy czym w kazdej z szesciu odmian wyrobu napis wykonany jest w innym kolorze. Podstawa kazdej odmiany wyrobu, czesciowo widoczna w widoku perspektywicznym a calkowicie uwidoczniona na rozwinieciu oslonki ma granatowe tlo, na którym umieszczonesa biale napisy z adresem producenta oraz dwa granatowe napisy na bialym kwadratowym tle z informacja o produkcie oraz kreskowy kod identyfikacyjny. W tylnej czesci wyrobu niewidocznej w widoku perspektywicznym a uwidocznionej na rozwinieciu oslonki, na przezroczystym tle umieszczone sa dwie szpalty granatowych napisów, zawierajace informacje o skladzie surowcowym wyrobu. Na figurach przedstawiajacych rozwiniecie oslonki, przezroczyste tlo jest zostalo oznaczone barwa jasno rózowa. Obrzeze granatowej podstawy, zakonczone jest szlaczkiem w postaci trzech równoleglych pasków, przy czym skrajne pasy we wszystkich szesciu odmianach wyrobu sa biale, natomiast srodkowy pasek, w kazdej z szesciu odmian wyrobu, ma inna barwe. Przy czym we wszystkich szesciu odmianach wyrobu w/w srodkowy pasek, drugi wewnetrzny pas obwoluty etykiety oraz napis etykiety wskazujacy nazwe rodzajowa wedliny, maja ta sama barwe. PL PLMeat Product The right to register an ornamental design is valid from March 19, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a meat product. The essence of the design is a new form of the meat product, manifested in its shape, design, color, and line layout, giving the item a new, original appearance, intended for aesthetic and advertising purposes. The decorative pattern is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 9, and Fig. 11 depict six variations of the product with colored inscriptions, lines, and drawings arranged on it in a perspective view, while Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, Fig. 8, Fig. 10, and Fig. 12 depict the unfolded casing of the cold cut product. The cold cut product, according to the pattern, is formed in the shape of a quadrilateral prism with a rectangular base. The product's corners and edges are rounded. The product is surrounded by a transparent casing, on which a label and printed colored inscriptions and lines are placed. The casing is fastened at its ends with metal clips. The product's side surfaces are arranged in pairs of trapezoids of varying dimensions with rounded corners. In the central section of the product's upper surface, a label in the shape of an isosceles triangle with rounded corners is placed on a transparent cover. The inscriptions on the label run parallel to the longer edges of the upper surface. The label has a uniform navy blue background in all varieties, with a two-stripe wrapper. The first thin outer stripe is white, while the second, wider inner stripe, is a different color in each of the six product varieties. The upper section of all six product varieties features the inscription "SMACZEK" in large, white block letters. The lower section of the label features the verbal and figurative trademark, which is oval in shape with a navy blue background. The lower part of the mark is located on the second inner band of the label's cover, while the upper part is surrounded by a thin border in the color of the cover. The trademark has a thin gold oval stripe inscribed on its background, with a decorative ornament in the shape of a gold crown in the upper part, and the gold inscription "1885" in the lower part. In the middle of the oval label is an inscription in small, stylized letters reading "myslaw," with the letters having a white background and a partial border in the form of a gold shadow. Between the trademark described above and the inscription "SMACZEK" is an inscription specifying the generic name of the cold cut, which is one of the distinguishing elements of the six product varieties. This inscription is written in large, simple technical script and rests on a curved line in the shape of an oval segment, with each of the six product variants featuring a different color. The base of each product variant, partially visible in the perspective view and fully exposed on the unfolded casing, has a navy blue background, on which are placed white inscriptions with the manufacturer's address, as well as two navy blue inscriptions on a white square background with product information and a barcode identification. On the rear part of the product, invisible in the perspective view but visible on the unfolded casing, are two columns of navy blue inscriptions on a transparent background, containing information about the product's raw materials. In the figures depicting the unfolded casing, the transparent background is marked with light pink. The edge of the navy blue base is finished with a pattern of three parallel stripes. The outermost stripes in all six varieties are white, while the middle stripe in each of the six varieties is a different color. In all six varieties, the middle stripe, the second inner stripe of the label wrapper, and the label inscription indicating the generic name of the meat are the same color.
