It is known from the description of ornamental design no. 15906 entitled "Szynka" (Ham), a cold cut product in the shape of a laterally flattened sphere surrounded by a plastic bag, the surface of which is dark brown and corrugated in uniformly sized rhombuses, and in the central part is provided with a label of an irregular oval shape. It is also known from the description of industrial design no. Rp 139 entitled "Wyrób wedliniarski" (Meat Product), in the shape of a quadrilateral prism with a rectangular base. The corners and edges of the product are rounded. The product is surrounded by a transparent casing on which a label is placed and colored inscriptions and lines are printed. The casing is fastened at its ends with metal clips. The side surfaces of the product are paired trapezoids of varying dimensions with rounded corners. In the central section of the upper surface of the product, a label in the shape of an isosceles triangle with rounded corners is placed on a transparent casing. The aim of the industrial design is to develop a new form of cold cut product, manifesting itself in shape, design, and color, giving it a new, original appearance, in order to achieve aesthetic, advertising, and marketing effects. The essence of the cold cut product according to the industrial design is its shape, which resembles an egg. The surface of the casing of the aforementioned product is decorated with a motif in the form of transverse patterned stripes, referencing the traditional design used in the production of Easter eggs. The trademark is a navy blue horizontal oval. In the center of the oval, a horizontal white inscription protrudes beyond its edges. The upper edge of the oval graphic element features a red ribbon-shaped border, which in its lower section takes the form of an unfurled red and white ribbon extending beyond the edge of the element. White lettering is placed at the bottom of the oval element. Next is a green stripe with white dots, followed by a silver stripe with navy blue triangles, the sides of which are outlined in white.
