PL PLTEA PACKAGING The registration right is valid from 28 January 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a tea packaging in the form of a vertical, cuboid box. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the colors and lines of the individual walls of the packaging, as well as in the shape, colors, and relative arrangement of the decorative elements on the surfaces of the packaging walls. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which figures 1a to 10a show the front and side walls of the packaging, and figures 1b to 10b show the back, top, and bottom walls. The packaging is in the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a vertically standing cuboid made of cardboard. The surfaces of the front, back, right side, top, and bottom walls are the same color. The left side wall has a frame in the same color as the other walls, dividing it into two rectangular, cream-colored windows, with the window in the upper section smaller than the window in the lower section. Characteristic decorative drawing elements are placed on all sides of the packaging, as well as various informational inscriptions, the content of which does not constitute the essence of the decorative design. The drawings and inscriptions on the front and left side walls are executed in a line perpendicular to the lines of the drawings and inscriptions on the other walls. In the center of all sides of the packaging, except for the left side wall, is a decorative drawing element in the form of a multicolored plant composition composed of fruit and/or flowers and leaves. An identical composition is located in the center of the upper window of the left side wall. Except for the left side panel, all panels have a thin yellow frame at their outer edges, featuring rounded corners. On the front panel, beneath the plant arrangement, is a decorative strip in a contrasting color to the surface of the panels, extending so that its edges form the outline of a buckle. The surface of the strip is covered with small decorative elements in the form of double leaves, contrasting in color to the strip. The same width and strip with the same decorative elements run the entire length of the side panel and the right side panel. In the middle of the strip's length, there is a buckle-like protrusion, within which a multicolored plant arrangement is located. The buckle-shaped ends of the strip extend beyond the side panel and overlap from above onto the surfaces of the bottom and top panels. Above the plant composition, on each side, is the main informational inscription, written in an arc, indicating the tea type. The inscription is executed in decorative, white and yellow letters with black outlines. The exception is the left side wall, where the inscription is executed in black. The arrangement of the graphic elements and informational inscriptions on the rear wall is identical to that on the right side wall, with the ends of the decorative strip extending beyond the rear wall and overlapping from the bottom side onto the surfaces of the bottom and top walls. Beneath the clasp protrusions of the strip on the front, right side, and rear walls are two overlapping, authentically executed, dark green strips. On the front panel, above the arched main information sign, along the vertical axis of the panel, is a drawing representing the applicant's logo in the shape of a white ellipse surrounded by a black outline line, inside which is a stylized MALWA button, representing the applicant's name. Above and below the button are irregular red lines. The line above the button is divided by a drawing of a stylized teapot in black and surrounded by a black ellipse line. This elliptical drawing representing the applicant's logo also appears on the top left corner of the scank, the right side and back, as well as in the center of the bottom window of the right side wall of the packaging. Information signs in various white fonts appear on the bottom and top sections of all sides, except the left side wall. On the left side wall all the caps are black, and in the lower left part of this wall there is a black graphic symbol depicting a flat cup with a winding snake inside a double circle, ending with a ring at the top, while inside the smaller circle along its line there is an inscription constituting the full name of the applicant. The essence of the decorative design is not the content of any inscriptions, but the way they are arranged and the colors as shown in fig. la-b dolOa-b. Individual varieties of packaging according to the decorative design differ from each other in the color of the surface of the front wall, back right side, top and bottom, and, consequently, in the color of the frame of the left side wall and the shape, lines and colors of the plant composition located on each wall of the packaging, the colors of the decorative stripe passing through the front, back and right side wall and overlapping the top and bottom wall and double decorative leaves located on this stripe, as well as the content of the information inscriptions as shown in fig. la-b to lOa-b. In the first variant of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are blue, while the plant composition consists of five white and yellow chamomile flowers with green asparagus interwoven between them, while the decorative strip is made in light yellow and has yellow edges and is situated on the surface. the double leaves of this strip are olive in color. In the second version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the frame of the left side wall and the surface of the remaining walls of the packaging are purple, while the plant composition consists of white and purple flowers on a background of dark green leaves, three of which are cup-shaped and three have unfolded petals, the decorative strip is made in olive color, has golden edges, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are cream in color. In the third version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the frame of the left side wall and the surface of the remaining walls of the packaging are ruby red, while the plant composition consists of two yellow-pink-red flowers, red-yellow rosehips and green leaves, while the decorative strip is made in light yellow, has golden edges, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are burgundy. In the fourth version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the frame of the left side wall and the surface of the remaining walls of the packaging are khaki, while the plant composition consists of navy blue chokeberry fruits situated on a brown branch with green leaves, while the fruits they are interwoven with two six-petal flowers, one in white and green and the other in white and red, the decorative stripe is made of yellow eagle's circle, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this stripe are light blue. In the fifth version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 5a and 5b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are green, while the plant composition consists of two red-yellow strawberry fruits with green leaves and green stalks woven between them and one pale yellow flower, the decorative strip is made in red, has yellow edges, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are yellow. In the sixth version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 6a and 6b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are plum-colored, while the plant composition consists of five cherry fruits in the color cherry with characteristic light shadows, with green leaves and a white-yellow flower woven between them, the decorative strip is made in green, has yellow edges, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are purple. In the seventh variety of tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are green, while the plant composition consists of seven red-yellow raspberries with green leaves and two white-yellow flowers woven between them, the decorative strip is made in pink, has yellow edges, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are cream-colored. In the ninth variety of tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Figs. 9a and 9b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are burgundy, while the plant composition consists of four white, red, and yellow flowers with green leaves woven between them, the decorative stripe is yellow, and the double leaves situated on the surface of this strip are burgundy. In the tenth version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 10a and 10b, the frame of the left side wall and the surfaces of the remaining walls of the packaging are honey yellow, while the plant composition consists of navy blue blackcurrants, chokeberries and blackberries, white-pink and red flowers, red strawberries and wild roses, and green leaves, while the decorative strip is made in green, has yellow edges, and the double leaves located on the surface of this strip are yellow.
