PL PLThe right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since April 15, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a telephone booth in the style characteristic of Art Nouveau. The essence of the ornamental design is the three-dimensional shape of the booth and the coloring of the opaque surfaces. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the telephone booth in a perspective view. According to the ornamental design, the telephone booth has the form of a cuboid with an opaque frame. The vertical corner elements and the upper horizontal arms connecting them have arc-shaped outer surfaces, while the horizontal arms of the quadrangular base and the horizontal arms located in the lower and central parts of the side walls are opaque flat elements. The uniform glazed surface of the door and the glazed surface of the side walls feature colorful stained glass ornamentation, depicting a floral arrangement on each wall with stems and long leaves climbing from the bottom upwards, among which, in the upper section, variously sized flowers on branches and small leaves surrounding them are visible. The horizontal roof of the cabin, from the outside, takes the form of a flat cuboid with rounded side walls, separated by a recess from the upper horizontal arms of the frame. The cuboid transforms into a dome at the top, similar in shape to the bowl of a sphere. The outer surfaces of the rounded side walls of the flat cuboid bear inscriptions, while the surface of the canopy features decorative graphic elements, each of which represents a central outline of a circle with small, arched decorative elements arranged vertically, above and below the circle, which is joined on both sides by lateral, arched arms connected to small circles and with spirals of varying sizes at their ends. The opaque cabin surface, according to the pattern, has a contrasting color to the transparent glazed surfaces and the colored stained glass tiles. In the example, the opaque cabin surfaces are green, the stained glass tiles are amber with shades, and are yellow and dark green.
