Budynek letniskowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trawa od dnia 02.07.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest budynek letniskowy wykonany z drewna i przeznaczony do zabudowy letniskowej na terenach rekreacyjnych i w ogródkach dzialkowych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 pokazuje w ujeciu fotograficznym widok budynku letniskowego od frontu, fig. 2 - tez w ujeciu fotograficznym, szczegól budynku w postaci okna z otwartymi okiennicami, fig. 3 - jak na fig. 2, fecz z zamknietymi okiennicami, a fig.4 - rysunek rzutu budowlanego budynku letniskowego- widok z góry.Wzór zdobniczy w istotnych swoich cechach, pokazanych na fig. 1 do fig. 4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego sciany boczne w widoku z góry tworza ksztalt czworokata, którego jeden wierzcholek, od wewnatrz, zastapiony jest wycieciem w postaci trójkata równoramiennego, a wewnatrz ograniczony jest linia lamana w postaci linii górnych trapezu, którego boki lacza sie pod katem prostym ze sciankami czworokata, zas pole utworzone miedzy bokami trójkata równoramiennego i linia lamana stanowi taras budynku letniskowego. Taras ten od góry pokryty jest dachem podpartym piecioma okraglymi slupkami. Budynek ten charakteryzuje sie równiez tym, ze wszystkie sciany zewnetrzne, jak równiez zamykane od zewnatrz okiennice, a takze drzwi, na zewnatrz, obite sa drewnianymi pólwalkami w naturalnym kolorze drewna i usytuowane pionowo na drzwiach i okiennicach, a poziomo na scianach bocznych i przy podporze dachu, natomiast poszczególne czesci scian poprzedzielane sa pionowymi pólwalkami. Okiennice wyposazone sa w cztery kute zawiasy, widoczne po ich zamknieciu, a z wewnetrznej strony okiennic umieszczona jest zasuwa. The ornamental pattern in its essential features, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, is characterized by the fact that its side walls in the top view form a quadrangle, one vertex of which, from the inside, is replaced by a cutout in the form of an isosceles triangle, and inside it is limited by a polygonal line in the form of the upper lines of a trapezoid, the sides of which connect at right angles with the walls of the quadrangle, and the area formed between the sides of the isosceles triangle and the polygonal line constitutes The terrace of the summer house. This terrace is covered from above by a roof supported by five round posts. This building is also characterized by the fact that all exterior walls, as well as the externally closed shutters and doors, are clad with wooden half-rollers in a natural wood color. They are positioned vertically on the doors and shutters, and horizontally on the side walls and at the roof support. Individual wall sections are separated by vertical half-rollers. The shutters are equipped with four forged hinges, visible when closed, and a latch is located on the inside of the shutters.
