Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest miniaturowy domek ogrodowy stanowiacy dekoracyjny element wystroju ogrodów, parków lub placów zabaw. Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w ksztalcie zewnetrznym miniaturowego domku ogrodowego, wlasciwosciach jego powierzchni oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie. Miniaturowy domek ogrodowy przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia domek wedlug wzoru pokazany w widoku od strony jego drzwi, fig.2 przedstawia domek w widoku od strony przeciwleglej do drzwi i na fig.3 ten sam domek pokazany jest w widoku z punktu polozonego powyzej górnej krawedzi jego scianek bocznych. Domek wedlug wzoru pokryty jest trzcinowa strzecha o ksztalcie stozka w poblizu jej szczytu, lagodnie przechodzacego do ksztaltu ostroslupa u podstawy strzechy, zas na szczycie strzechy osadzona jest kalenica majaca ksztalt stozkowy. W jednej ze scian umieszczone sa drzwi, zas w scianach pozostalych sa osadzone okna, przy czym szeroka futryna kazdego z okien ma u góry ksztalt pólkolisty, natomiast wnetrze okna jest podzielone na szesc czesci za pomoca jednego slupka pionowego i dwóch beleczek poziomych.Powierzchnia zewnetrzna scian i strzechy ma swoista strukture wlasciwa dla ulozonych w warstwie lodyg trzciny i powierzchnia ta jest koloru zóltego. Na powierzchni scian ulozone sa prostoliniowe listwy o ciemnobrazowej barwie, kontrastowej z barwa powierzchni scian, przy czym listwy na powierzchni scian tworza regularny desen zlozony z figur o ksztalcie prostokatnym i trójkatnym. Plyta podstawy, szerokie futryny okien i drzwi oraz listwy tworzace dolne obramowanie strzechy sa koloru jasnozóltego, przez co sa jasniejsze od tla scian i na tym tle sa wyraznie widoczne, natomiast prostoliniowe listwy i kalenica maja barwe ciemnobrazowa, kontrastowa z kolorem powierzchni scian i strzechy. PL PLThe miniature garden house registration right for the ornamental design is valid from 2nd to 5th July 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a miniature garden house constituting a decorative element of gardens, parks, or playgrounds. The essence of the ornamental design is manifested in the external shape of the miniature garden house, the properties of its surface, and the ornamentation used. The miniature garden house is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the house according to the design shown from the side of its door, Fig. 2 shows the house from the side opposite the door, and Fig. 3 shows the same house viewed from a point located above the top edge of its side walls. The miniature garden house has walls arranged in the form of a prism with a regular polygonal base, which are permanently connected at the bottom to a base plate with the same polygonal outline. The upper edge of the plate's rim is formed along a wavy line, and the entire rim of the plate extends beyond the walls, creating a circulation area. The house, as designed, is covered with a reed thatch roof, conical near the top, gently transitioning to a pyramidal shape at the base of the thatch, and a conical ridge is placed on top of the thatch. A door is located in one wall, while the remaining walls contain windows. The wide frame of each window has a semicircular top, while the interior is divided into six sections by one vertical post and two horizontal beams. The exterior surface of the walls and thatch has a specific structure typical of layered reed stalks, and this surface is yellow. Rectilinear, dark brown slats are arranged on the wall surface, contrasting with the color of the walls. The slats on the wall surface form a regular pattern composed of rectangular and triangular figures. The base plate, wide window and door frames, and the slats forming the lower frame of the thatch are light yellow, making them lighter than the background of the walls and clearly visible against this background, while the straight slats and the ridge are dark brown, contrasting with the color of the wall surfaces and the thatch.
