Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na nowym uksztaltowaniu oraz zdob- nictwie poszczególnych elementów kompletu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia furtke w widoku czolowym, fig.2 przedstawia brame, zas fig.3 segment plotu. Furtka ma zarys zblizony do prostokata, zas obramowania furtki tworza dwa elementy pionowe 1 i 6 oraz poziome 2 i 3. Elementy poziome 2 i 3 usytuowane sa w pewnej odleglosci od górnych i dolnych konców elementów pionowych 1 i 6. The subject of the industrial design is a fencing set consisting of a wicket, a gate, and a fence. The essence of the industrial design lies in the new shape and ornamentation of the individual elements of the set. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the wicket from the front, Fig. 2 shows the gate, and Fig. 3 shows a fence segment. The wicket has a roughly rectangular outline, and the wicket's frame is formed by two vertical elements 1 and 6 and horizontal elements 2 and 3. Horizontal elements 2 and 3 are positioned at a distance from the upper and lower ends of vertical elements 1 and 6. Within the frame are angled elements 4 and 5, which are circular in cross-section, pointed, and positioned relative to each other so that, by intersecting at right angles, they form an openwork lattice pattern, while the empty spaces resulting from the intersection of the elements have an outline roughly resembling parallelograms. Horizontal elements 2 and 3 extend a specified length beyond the frame on one side, serving to connect to the next element of the fencing set, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The gate has a rectangular outline and is composed of two symmetrical segments, roughly rectangular in shape. The frames of each gate section are formed by two vertical elements, 1 and 6, and horizontal elements, 2 and 3. Horizontal elements 2 and 3 are positioned at a distance from the upper and lower ends of vertical elements 1 and 6. Within the frame are elements 4 and 5, positioned at an angle, circular in cross-section, pointed, and positioned relative to each other so that, by intersecting at right angles, they create an openwork lattice pattern. The empty spaces created by the intersecting elements have an outline similar to parallelograms. Horizontal elements 2 and 3 on one side extend a certain length beyond the frame, serving to connect with the next element of the fencing set, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The fence segment is formed by horizontal elements 2 and 3 located at a certain distance from the upper and lower ends of vertical elements 1 and 6. Elements 4 and 5 are placed in the frame, situated at an angle, having a circular cross-section, pointed ends and situated in relation to each other in such a way that, by intersecting each other at right angles, they create an openwork lattice pattern, while the empty spaces resulting from the intersection of the elements have an outline close to parallelograms. Horizontal elements 2 and 3 extend beyond the frame by a certain length on one side, serving to connect with the next element of the fence set, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 3.
