Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plot majacy zastosowanie zwlaszcza jako element malej architektury ogrodowej. Znane sa powszechnie ploty, w których poszczególne sztachety maja postac desek o róznym ksztalcie, najczesciej plaskiego prostopadloscianu o wypuklonej górnej sciance. Sztachety te usytuowane sa na prostopadlych do nich plaskich elementach poziomych, z którymi sa polaczone za pomoca np. gwozdzi czy wkretów, które moga miec ozdobne glówki, lub tez ich usytuowanie wzgledem siebie moze tworzyc dekoracyjny wzór.Element ozdobny plotu modulowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia od znanych elementów oryginalny ksztalt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.l przedstawia plot w rzucie od przodu, zas fig. 2 przedstawia sztachete plotu w przekroju. Plot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada elementy pionowe - sztachety i laczace je elementy poziome. Sztachety plotu maja postac desek o przekroju w ksztalcie czworokata, którego jedna z dluzszych krawedzi jest uksztaltowana przez krzywe drugiego stopnia. W górnej i dolna czesci, kazda sztacheta przechodzi w otwory o ksztalcie takim jak ksztalt przekroju elementów poziomych plotu. Poprzez otwoiy w sztachetach przechodza elementy poziome plotu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to charakterystyczny ksztalt i zestawienie poszczególnych elementów skladowych wzoru.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a fence, particularly useful as an element of small garden architecture. Fences are commonly known in which individual pickets are in the form of boards of various shapes, most often a flat cuboid with a convex top. These pickets are placed on perpendicular, flat horizontal elements, to which they are connected using, for example, nails or screws, which may have decorative heads, or their arrangement relative to each other may create a decorative pattern. The decorative element of the modular fence according to the industrial design distinguishes it from known elements with its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the fence in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the picket fence in cross-section. The fence according to the industrial design has vertical elements – pickets – and the horizontal elements connecting them. The fence pickets are boards with a quadrangular cross-section, one of whose longer edges is formed by second-degree curves. In the upper and lower sections, each picket opens into openings shaped like the cross-sections of the fence's horizontal elements. The fence's horizontal elements pass through the openings in the pickets. The essential features of an industrial design are its characteristic shape and the arrangement of its individual components.
